Location near ayer keroh, staff is friendly. The cleanliness need to improved

Outside view of hotel is ok. But when go to hotel floor, got some dust smell. Pillow is smelly and toilet is quite small.

Booking for my photographer , they said the room are comfortable .

The room and beds were fine, but the pillow was too high and uncomfortable.

Near to Ayeh Keroh toll, strategic location & breakfast also good.

I had a great stay at MITC Hotel in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The hotel is very clean, and the location is perfect for food hunting, with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. They also offer a wide range of useful amenities. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Melaka!

The menu option for breakfast just normal nothing special but overall nice , worth the money to stay here :)

Hotel is 5 minutes from exit Ayer Keroh. The price is affordable with nice decorative room. Hotel is including breakfast and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Smooth check in. Need to pay RM50 deposit in cash. It'd be better if the deposit can be paid using credit card. Most hotels do nowadays. The room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom also clean. Iron is provided at each corner of every level. Breakfast was okay. Parking available.

best stay for staycation with family and shopping spree from oulets nearby. Friendly staffs especially Ms Damia, the which is so helpful and kind towards our pleasant stay...

I just this hotel so much! However, this time we got a terrible bed.. the bed spring is in bad condition. Other than that, we are fully satisfied with service, ambience and food (breakfast).

Some facilities in the rooms are Broken and left without repair until we complaint. The cleaner should be asked to write a report for any broken facilities in the room while they are doing the cleaning..

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good to visit our family living nearby. The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Car parking was easy. It was very good value and will stay again.
