My experience with this hotel was not positive. During the check in we were charged a totally abusive rate of 100 euros on the credit card as a damage safety amount. It seemed like an absurdity, but we had to accept because we were with our 1 year old son. In the check out the perfect and clean state of the floor was proven in detail, and therefore, according to the hotel employee, this amount was being returned. To my surprise, 20 days after the amount is still charged on my card. I have entered with contact with my bank and they tell me that the hotel have not done the cancellation well. I contacted the hotel but they only replied to the first few emails. The situation was only solved when I sent them an email copying the tourist offices and consumer protection agencies. The amount was cancelled almost a month later but no one from the hotel had the courtesy to apologize for the incident. Regarding the rooms, it could be improved a lot.
