Annabella Diamond Hotel - All Inclusive

Loved the food, lots of choice, beautifully displayed, live cooking, fresh fish every time,.. Beautiful terras overlooking the property with views of the sea. You can dine al fresco, but, unfortunately, it is allowed to smoke in that area. Very helpful personnel although some waiters expect a tip before servicing you...Animation was entertaining and not disturbing for people who just want to relax. Refreshing music choices.

Only good words about this hotel. Everything is perfect, you have everything you need. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and even snacks in between. Great environment and staff are very friendly and kind. If you have any issues they will try to resolve it straight away. Perfect place to stay with you kids as well, there is a mini disco and mini club for your kids. Plenty entertainment during the day, yoga, games and etc. I can't say any bad word about this hotel , 4th time we are here and definitely not the last one. Service is amazing, from the beginning until the end. Great experience as always.

Please anyone from the UK please do not book this hotel. I have been to Turkey 10 times and have never been through such an ordeal like this. To cut this story short here you go. I booked 3 family rooms and on arrival got told only 1 was available, the second room given was the staff room which was in a dirty room in a dirty corridor where the feed the hotel cats and was like a student bunker and the third room was a standard room for 2. I was told if I didn’t like it to leave otherwise to speak to the manager the next day. I went to reception the next day at 8.30am and told he was busy and to wait for the tour rep, he arrived at 10.45 and told me he couldn’t help and that I was very ungrateful as we had 3 rooms. After I started shouting the manager came out of his office behind reception and told me to keep quiet if I needed a resolution as the guests were listening. In the end he said we could have the family rooms in 3 days and in the meantime we had to stay put, I refused and in the end he swapped the staff room for a standard room and I asked for the difference in money back and he laughed, after arguing for 2 hours he said we could have a free gazebo and a free massage, if I didn’t agree I have to get out of the hotel so I had no choice but to sign as he brought security in to also intimidate me. The gazebo was a joke, the curtains were broken and had no shade, the cushions were on the floor and we couldn’t sit in this and it was only big enough for 3 and the flooring was broken so we had to only use one side. When I complained I was told they didn’t understand English, the massage was also a joke as it was not even worth it. I am out of pocket and work hard to pay for holidays and this was ruined. I had 4 people in my room trying to share a tiny bathroom. This is not 5 stars. We didn’t eat breakfast as there was nothing we like which was a joke. Dinner is from 7-9 and if we don’t get a table at 7 which you have to fight for you won’t get any food and nothing is replenished. The food is for Turkish people and really not edible, the quality was really bad and no choice apart from beef. I had salad and chips everyday as the rest I tried was over or undercooked and everything was watered down, the guests are all Germans and Turkish so I guess the food was catered for them. The Al a carte Restaurant is a joke, they show you a set menu and it’s that or nothing, the food was ok but you eat whatever they give you. The beach hut is 12-5 and the food was ok but the same everyday. Drinks are surgery water and no juices. Beach towel are in the spa area and open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening which is a joke. They give you 1 single hard towel as a bed sheet so I couldn’t sleep all week. Air con was broken and after complaining they fixed it and it worked for 1 day. Sink was not cleaned during the whole stay only the inside of the basin.
