Wome Deluxe Hotel - Halal All Inclusive

Nesrin saruhan and Latif bozkurt was very helpful to pack food for our family as we had early flight with kids. Very friendly staff overall. Very clean and good food options. All the restaurants stuff very helpful. Family friendly restaurants.

We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. There were instances of discriminatory behavior, and overall, the staff were unapproachable and unhelpful throughout our visit. Service at the restaurant was especially slow, and many of the staff members came across as unprofessional and at times even rude. Housekeeping was inconsistent and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. When we tried to address our concerns, the guest relations team lacked the skills or willingness to assist effectively. Communication was also a major challenge, as very few staff members spoke any foreign languages, making it difficult to ask for help or resolve issues. Sadly, this stay was a disappointment from start to finish, and we do not plan to return or recommend this hotel to others.

An amazing tour on a pirate ship with Cankat Tourism! The tour was booked from our hotel at Wome Deluxe in Avsallar by Ferdi and Mustafa. Both were super helpful from booking the tour to supporting us on the day! We took a coach to Alanya Harbour from the hotel and transfered to the pirate ship (Arkadas boat/Arkadas yacht)! It was a wonderful boat. We got to see some beautiful sights of Alanya and two chances to swim in the open water. We also met a gorgeous parrot! The photographer took some pictures so we can have the option to buy professional photos too. I will take more tours with this company and can’t wait to return to Antalya again! Nice hotel with good food and service. Kids animation is good. We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms & kids club are also good and we like the heated swimming pools in low season. Only thing we didn’t like is the people of the excursions and massage salon are every day at the front of the restaurant to attract customers

We travelled as two families (4 adults and 4 children in total), and from the moment we arrived at Wome Deluxe, everything was easy, smooth, and well thought out. It's a genuinely high-quality, family-friendly, halal resort that allows you to relax and enjoy every moment. The hotel is immaculately clean — our rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the view from our room on the 8th floor was simply spectacular. Every facility is maintained to the highest standard: the beach is clean, the pools are crystal clear, and there are lifeguards on hand at all times, giving you total peace of mind. It’s clear the staff take real pride in their work. Speaking of the staff — they were absolutely brilliant. Every interaction felt warm and sincere. A special thank you to Yasar and Ibrahim from the restaurant, always smiling, welcoming us with salaam, and providing attentive service — even ensuring high chairs were ready for the children. From the men’s spa team, Zulfiqar, Faruq, Hasan, and Erdinc were outstanding, making sure guests felt truly relaxed. I was even offered a complimentary 15-minute massage, which led me to book a medical massage with Usman, who delivered an excellent treatment and made sure I was fully comfortable throughout. A huge shout-out as well to the fantastic team looking after the children’s play areas. Berke and his female colleague did an amazing job overseeing the games station, keeping it well-maintained, clean, and fun for the children. Ceylan and Sila were equally fantastic at the kids’ reception area, where our children loved spending time. There was a great variety of stations, and the attention to cleanliness stood out — having to take shoes off in the play areas really shows how much the hotel values hygiene and creating a safe environment. Food was of the highest quality — well-presented, clean, and absolutely delicious. The range of drinks was excellent too, with Turkish soft drinks alongside familiar favourites like cola, orange, and lemonade. Limonta and a traditional Ottoman drink were always available. There’s a great snack station in the lobby where you can enjoy nuts and unlimited drinks, hot or cold, at any time. Water was always accessible, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was perfect for families — peaceful, calm, and consistently clean. We were especially impressed by the children’s disco, which played nasheeds and kept the kids entertained in a wholesome way. One thoughtful touch worth mentioning: we had an early 4am check-out, and the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a lovely surprise and shows how attentive they are to guest needs. Without doubt, we would recommend Wome Deluxe 100%! It’s ideal for families seeking a stress-free halal holiday with high standards and genuine Turkish hospitality. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, it would be great to have barista-style coffee for those of us who appreciate a proper brew, and to finish nighttime entertainment

This is not our first experience with halal hotels. We already have been on vacation in other hotels and we can compare. Since Wome Deluxe is much expensive, we were expecting that is would be much better than other halal hotels. But honestly, it was comparable, not much difference. The service in restaurants was not so good, I think there was staff shortage. The food was good and pools were also good. The women’s zone was also good, with good pools and food. The toilets were proper. I only didn’t like that children till 5 YEARS had have to wear a diaper in women’s pool. My 4 year old child doesn’t wear diaper since 2 years and was not comfortable with it. And why only in women’s zone pool and not in common pool? There was a good place to play for children in Womey club. Also was there a game centre, but it was very expensive! For example to play 1 minute basketball you have to pay 2 euro’s! This is too high price for this games. For the price you pay for booking , you expect that such facilities would be for reasonable price.
