Aqi Pegasos Club

We stayed at the AQI Pegasos Royal Hotel in early June 2025 and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. As a family of four, two adults, a 10-year-old, and our 15-month-old toddler , we couldn't have asked for a better setup. We booked a two-bedroom family suite which was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a brilliant job. Very thorough in cleaning From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff stood out. We arrived late and missed dinner and on checking in were handed bags with Juice, water, salad rolls and snacks A special mention has to go to Yusuf, who looked after us every morning at breakfast and dinner. With a young toddler, things can be a bit hectic, but Yusuf made sure we always had a highchair ready and checked in on us for drinks or anything he could help with. That genuinely made our mealtimes easier and more enjoyable. Little touches like this made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel is part of a complex of three sister hotels (Pegasos Royal, Resort, and Club), all located on the same stunning stretch of beach, and guests have access to the facilities across all three. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the beachfront was clean and walkable — perfect for a morning stroll or evening wander. The pools were fantastic. Crystal clear, well kept, and with plenty of space for all age groups. The slides were a huge hit with our 10-year-old (and the adults too!). There were always lots of lifeguards on duty, and they were clearly well trained. A shout-out to Mustafa, one of the lifeguards who was always attentive and friendly while making sure everyone stayed safe without taking away from the fun atmosphere. Food-wise, we were really impressed. There was a huge variety at every meal to suit all tastes. From Turkish specialities to international favourites, always fresh and well presented. The selection meant even the fussiest eaters (which there was) had something to enjoy. The fruit was local and worth a try was the smaller C-Shaped bananas which were great The nightly entertainment was top-class, with a new show every evening . Dancing, live music, and performances (Circus, Bike Stunts, Fire) that kept both kids and adults entertained. Our older child loved the kids club, which had loads of engaging activities and friendly staff on all over the day. It was split up into age ranges, so the activities suited the ages. Despite the age gap between our two children, we always found something for everyone to enjoy. The indoor heated pool and spa were a great bonus, especially for winding down in the evenings. It’s clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into offering something for all ages and keeping the experience relaxing and stress-free for families. What really stood out was how many other guests we spoke to were return visitors and now we completely understand why. We’re already talking about booking again for next

Just back from a one week stay with my 2 children it was a genuinely the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel is well-maintained, our room was clean and comfortable (not that we spent much time in there). There’s variety or activities and entertainment day and night if that’s what you’re looking. The food was of a high standard with a huge selection. The staff are what makes this hotel extra special they’re friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or request. Ata in the restaurant always looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Deniz at the beach bar was so welcoming and often had our drinks poured before we’d even asked him. Ekin from the entertainment team made my children and me feel so involved and special it absolutely made our holiday. There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about this hotel. And would recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Spent 10 days at this hotel , food was great , hotel spotless. Staff were amazing , nothing seemed to be a problem for them . They made you feel welcome . My kids had a great time , loads for kids to do . Special thanks to Ata in the dining room for looking after us . All the staff were brilliant. Adan at the buddy bar and Hasan in the resort Spa . Definitely booking again next year .

Stayed here with my daughter and we needed to just rest and recoup. The hotel had amazing, and I mean amazing food, but what made the holiday for us was 100% the staff. These hard working individuals were very solution focused and wanting to give us the best experience. Not all hotels are like this and this is why we would definitely visit again. Must mention an exceptional team member named Efe, who was on reception. Efe really had an understanding that we all work so hard all year and just want to be looked after, he was our ‘go to’ for everything and made our stay so much more relaxing knowing that we were being looked after so well.

Very nice stay. We recommend restaurant staff (especially ATA) which was so helpful and polite. Also the view from room was wonderfull.
