Milan Aventura Hotel

Our room was huge and very nicely furnished. It comprised a queen bed, a loveseat, a kitchen area, a lovely bathroom, a dining area and a seating area. Our room had a large plate glass window across the whole width of the room with drapes that were electronically operated.The drapes were very effective blocking the ambient light at night. We were given a small fob when we checked in. It controlled accessing the building, operating the elevator, opening our room door and turning lights on and off. We felt very secure there. We travelled from Orlando to Aventura by Brighline. The hotel is a 5 minute or so Uber ride from the station. There’s a lovely bakery around the corner from the hotel, owned and run by a lovely husband and wife team. The food is yummy! We ate breakfast there every morning. Rather than stay in downtown Miami, I would prefer to stay at the Milan Aventura Hotel and take the 20 minute ride into Miami by Brightline. Ben who worked the front desk was very helpful. I cannot sing the praises of the hotel enough.

We arrived at the hotel after 14 hours of travel and a $100 Uber drive to be told that our room was not available due to a broken window. A young man from the hotel texted us to a wrong phone number and did not bother to Email us when the text was not confirmed. We exchanged 2 Emails with the hotel at the time of booking. Very disappointing that the hotel didn’t get in touch with us to let us know that we need to book a different hotel!!! We were told that night to go to a nearby hotel and that they will take care to have a similar price for the room. The receptionist at that hotel had not heard from Milan Aventura Hotel. They had rooms available but the price was triple compared to Milan Aventura. The customer service at Milan Aventura is very poor! What a nightmare!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The workers were very nice, and accommodating. It is located less than 10 minutes away from Aventura mall, and Brightline train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite is new and clean! It would be nice if there is shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. We had to go to Walgreens to get them. Other than that everything is great!

We found the property to be safe, quiet and close to shopping and good eats. We will stay again here soon

Good location in Aventura and nice place to stay!!
