Ibis Budget Auxerre Centre

Great location, lovely staff clean room and nice shower. Perfect stop on the way to Paris from Switzaland. Town itself was beautiful to walk around and night, and lots of free parking outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Keep away from this hotel, we had an awful night, they turned off the airconditiong at 23h00 when the temperatures were at 30°c with a relative humidity of 80%, I went to reception to ask them to switch it back on but the receptionist was of no help, so we had to sleep with the window open and there was so much noise coming from the pub just under our hotel room that we didn't sleep. The bedrooms are so small the space between the tv and the bed much on be about 30cms so everytime you catch your arm on the tv. For 80 euros a night its expensive for the quality

We were traveling across France this summer during a 3 day heat wave. We decided to stop at Auxerre to get out of the heat. During the day the AC runs fine, indicated by the two green lights on the the thermostat, one for the compressor and one for the fan. In the middle of the first night I woke up sweating. I got up to discover the system was off. So I turned it back on. Only the fan came on. This happened in all 3 rooms of the people we were traveling with. On the 2nd night, the compressor light was off so only the fan was running. Room was never cold st night, only during the day. I guess that’s how they decided to cut costs. So be careful. When they say it’s a budget hotel they mean it. You get what you pay for. This was the first time staying at this hotel chain and based on this experience it will be the last.

Tres bon accueil, les femmes de ménages à l’écoute et agréable. J’ai demandé un café a 4h du matin la dame de l’accueil a eu la gentillesse de me le préparer. Je recommande merci pour votre accueil et gentillesse . Nous retournerons un jour j’espère

Nous avons fait escale à Auxerre 1 nuit avec nos filles de 4 ans et 5 mois. (Le seul établissement qui nous acceptait avec un tout petit.) L’accueil est très chaleureux ! Le personnel est à l’écoute et vraiment adorable. Nous avons dînez le soir la bas également et avons été très bien servi. Il y a même une petite salle de jeux pour les enfants durant le repas. Nous recommandons cet établissement et nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir si nous devons repasser dans le coin.

Déçue, prix élevé ( 82,51 € avec une remise de 5 % ) pour une chambre somme toute très basique. On a le sens du commerce à Ibis budget Auxerre ! ha j'oubliais , ce tarif est pour une nuitée. Finalement, je ne pense pas réitérer cette expérience....

Petite dej’ Zéro Déchet ! Super (et delicieuse) initiative ! Parfois incomprise. Personnel accueillant, chambre petite mais propre. Ils ont trouvé deux chambres au même niveau à notre demande et nous ont conseillé une très bonne pizzeria.

Attention cet établissement est situé a proximité d un bar de nuit qui ferme à 2 h du matin. Impossible de dormir. La seule excuse du réceptionniste à notre réclamation c est que d habitude on prévient les clients par une affiche dans l ascenseur. Ce qui ne change rien au bruit. A fuir si bous souhaitez dormir

Un accueil très agréable, Tout le personnel est bienveillant. La chambre est confortable il ne manque rien et surtout la propreté au rdv rien à dire de négatif. Petit déjeuner sucré salé au rdv, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. La vue est jolie . Merci à toute l équipe.
