Whether you’re a music aficionado or just looking to unwind, this touch of Austin’s musical heritage is sure to enhance your stay. - 1 Queen bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed - Kitchenette with everything you need: full-size refrigerator, stovetop with 2 burners, microwave, and coffee station - TV, private bathroom, and closet - Premium shower head with waterfall option - Patio with street access - 1 assigned covered parking space, plus additional first-come, first-serve street parking Please note: We wanted to let you know that there may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. Please make sure to complete  this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you! House Rules: - Max number of guests [4] and is non-negotiable due to the fire code. - No pets are allowed in this vacation rental. - You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and present for the entirety of the reservation. - No parties or events are allowed. - Parking is available in spot #13 in the covered parking under the building. Please ensure you are parked in your designated area. There is also street parking available on a first come first serve basis. - Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Please do not leave any personal items on the patio. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. - Please note that we do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property. We kindly ask that you do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf. Hot Water: Please note that the hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
