Room and toilet very clean, feel like motel, good location

The hotel staff at reception Mr Chen was very helpful and always available to assist us to solve issues encountered during the first day stay at Auckland.

Staff at the reception was very friendly, accommodating and full of smiles. Room was spotless and well maintained. Hotel location is very conveniently situated and Newmarket mall is just nearby for shopping and eat outs. Would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 mins walk from a great range of eateries.

We had prepaid our accomodation through Trip.com and when my husband went to check us in, he had to pay again for our accomodation because apparently we hadn't paid. I was not there and despite email verifications showing we had paid, they said no payment had showed and he will have to pay the accomodation and they'll refund the money when payment is showing. After our first night, I followed up our refund in the morning but still no show. They said that they'll get back to us by 4pm but they didn't. Same thing again the next day, I had to follow up the refund. Finally at the end of our stay, we managed to get the refund. The room and facilities were good, however when we arrived the shower gel and hand soap were a quarter full and once these had finished, there was no refill. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Very nice hotel very comfortable and nicely located but lady at reception wasn't very good very poor english, and quite rude. The website mentioned a buffet style breakfast which is no longer available, which was a bit frustrating

住了三天後感覺很好很舒服，接待處的工作人員不論中國人或洋人都熱情有禮，一一解答了和解決了我的問題，讓人心情愉悅。對於經常出外旅遊的我，這樣的服務質素我是非常重視和滿意！ 我們兩人住的是二樓的客房，窗外風景很美，房間寬敞，每天都有人打掃、替換，很整潔乾淨。 週邊環境都很安靜，床很舒適。      因為感覺很滿意，我們又續租了三天。 下次再需要住宿時我們還是會選擇這間汽車旅館！ 我們也會推薦給來奧克蘭旅遊的朋友😊

酒店是華人老闆開的，大部分的前台和服務員都是華人。設施有點老舊了，整體標準不高，老漢庭水平，但是收拾的蠻乾淨的。周邊有中餐，有火鍋，算是加分項。停車的話，週末或者節假日要稍微早點去，否則可能沒有停車位。
