Conveniently located, Woolworth's nearby with alot of shops and eateries within walking distance.

Staff are helpful and friendly, hotel location is convenience.

The location is good as we watched a cocert in the nearby hotel.. Staff are friendly.. Admired the cleanliness despite the facility being outdated. The room is comfy. The only letdown is the breakfast hot food that lacks fllavour. However, the restaurant staff are friendly. If I may mention that the parking entrance is very tight and took longer to allow the car entry. Generally, it was a good stay.

Hotel is in the city center, close to the tower and many pubs and restaurants!

Lovely stay at this hotel. It is located right in CBD and easy to get to many interesting places. The room is also nice and spacious.

Its location is excellent. Given its price in comparison to other hotels around, its facilities are acceptable though a little simple and aged.

Location is best. Handy to everything. Service is OK. Recommended if you just need a Short stay in downtown Auckland.

Stayed the weekend to see Shen Yun. We were so pleased with the room, the breakfast and the location. We were able to walk to the theater, restaurants and the waterfront. Parking was a bit tricky but able to find a spot in a Wilson garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Room 101 was out through the first floor fire exit door, which led down to the car park. We couldn't have the curtains open because the windows overlooked another multi storied carpark and even if we did there was not a lot of natural light coming in. We couldn't have the window open because of the outside noise which went on until gone 7pm and started up again at 4.15 am making sleep almost impossible. The main room was compact and tidy but the toilet cum shower room was tiny and cramped. The bed was comfortable though. I would recommend asking for a room on the upper levels.

We had a one bedroom suite - it was a good size - big bed (although the mattress was squeaky), decent sized shower & bathroom, living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave) with a sofa, desk, wardrobe & TV. The breakfast was decent. It was maybe a bit more expensive than it should be (I thought I was booking a suite with a washing machine), although it is a central location.

I had king size bed room by myself, the room very clean and the service very nice also helped me to print out my documents. Plus have nice breakfast. The location was very convenient next city tower and close to most of the restaurants and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes I walked to the cruise. It was really great! I will order again next time!

Very conveniently located in CBD-- e.g., just a very short walk to Sky Tower, a 15 min. walk to the wharf (such as to the ferry building for getting to Waiheke Island) or up to K-Street. The included breakfast had ample choices for myself, a vegan. The kitchenette was also functional. The gym is small but has enough in there to have a good fitness routine. Onsite parking in basement was also a plus, though a bit on the pricy side (NZ$20 per 24 hours). I would stay here again on any return trip to Auckland, NZ.

Check in took too long In all my years of business travel 1st time was 1982 it is the 1st time I have had a room with no windows. A bit close to the lift shafts noise
