Ascotia Off Queen billeder

This was our first stay at Ascotia Off Queens and I have to say that the staff were very accommodating during or two nights there. (A little side note; the deposit is $250.00 and not the stated $100.00 on the Trip website. I paid cash for the deposit and received it back on checkout without any issues). They have a nice little dining space on the ground floor opposite reception which caters for al a carte or buffet depending on your choice and it's very responsibly priced. The parking spaces are limited so best to reserve early and as for the parking spaces themselves? We had no issues with parking but it can be a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle, still doable though. The bedroom we were in was tidy and small, but comfortable. Shower amenities were good with complimentary body wash, shampoo & body lotion provided. The bed we found to be clean and comfortable so no complaints there. The only issue we had was not enough room to store our bags and the bin in our room was tiny. Apart from that Ascotia off Queens was a great place to stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the great service.

It has the best location, near a bus stop, walking distance to skye tower, Britomart station, albert park, Auckland fish market, viaduct and a lot more. I ended up not using my train card. They have a very friendly staff at reception. As for the housekeeping, was not happy because they just fixed my bedsheets, throw trash but did not vacuum the floor and clean the toilet room.

Good location. Shopping centres and eateries are all nearby.

Quiet good except its so high up the road. Really nice view of sky tower though.

Pro: Good Location, Cozy Room/ bed (2 pillows/ bed & pax), Good Amenities (Shampoo, Body Shampoo & Lotion in big bottle), Friendly and helpful Staffs, fast check out, good & delicious breakfast, Good water pressure for shower, Good wifi connection. Con: Limited Park spaces with charges (NZD35), Small Room, Poor sound proof in room (can hear neighbours' talking), Room a bit old.

A no frills hotel in a prime location, just off the trendy k-road and a leisurely 20 minutes stroll to the harbour.

Nice to stay here because it’s only few minutes to walk to CBD.
