Stayed 23 June 2024 room 18 on the 3rd floor. We were very happy with the accommodation. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Had a great view towards the motorway and surrounding businesses and was an easy walk to New Market and the Westfield Mall. Free under cover car park was great with security cameras keeping an eye on our vehicle. The reception staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions you may have. Off Broadway Motel was easy to find, it’s on a one way street near the main arterial routes but far enough away to be quiet. We will definitely stay again.

Booked here for 2 nights based on reviews. Parking is very tight, but with guidance, you can get your car in, just let passengers out first. The elevator to 3rd floor room had an odd, unpleasant odour. Narrow hallway with some stains on carpet but clean. Room was a pleasant surprise-clean, spacious, and well equipped. Room was serviced well each day of stay too. Balcony was nice even though roof needed cleaning and had large lichen growth. Had an old drying frame which was good for towels. Slept well even with proximity to motorway Now the not so good- this appears to be an MSD motel - police present first day, loud arguments every day which spilled out onto street, undesirables hanging over 2nd floor balcony smoking, and men with minimal clothing on in Foyer and hanging around outside. Whilst it did not directly affect us, we did not feel completely safe and would not stay again because of this.

Your motel is very conveniently situated for all the things I do in Auckland and you are great value for the price. However, the reason I keep coming back to you is because you are so nice to me - it's like staying with family.

Nice clean rooms with everything you need - kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. The TV has a smartbox but isn't connected to the internet, seems a bit odd but apparently is deliberate (I asked). Room had shower / bath. It was quiet most of the time (apart from traffic noise) but the Friday night the people in the room next door had a party and it was obvious the walls aren't that thick.

I really struggled with the hygiene of this stay. The shower was broken, there was no lamp, flannels, hand towel or pictures on the walls like in the pictures. There was a door into another room that was blocked by a weird side table. Didn't particularly feel safe. The ventilation in the bathrooms also pretty terrible. Staff were nice but sadly, that's the only positive
