Good location, it’s close to Sky Tower. I didn’t expect the flat to be this big 🤭 I was alone and there were 2 bedrooms, big living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It’s fully equipped - dishwasher, clothes washing machine, etc. I only stayed one night there but I think it’s good for a longer stay. The reception was nice but I felt uneasy when they asked to photocopy my credit card. I rather pay a deposit than give someone to photocopy my credit card.

Good location and near for auckland city walk. Apartment is well equiped with washing machine, cooking utensils etc.

Clean and tidy, good location. Security is good and nice view.

Walking distance to Queen Street, the Port & Casino. Washing machine supplied and kitchen facilities and utensils if you want to use them. Staff polite. Good for the price.

Centrally located hotel with limited parking. Good sized room eith kitchen but showing signs of wear and tear.

Location is fantastic with city view from the upper levels. But the cleanliness was poor as the sheets heads woman hair and the sheets didn’t look clean. The washing machine was broken and water leaked almost causing the unit flooded with water. If regular checks and maintenance is done, it can earn higher ratings

Receptionists were really amenable and friendly. Went above and beyond to accommodate my stay!

It was a really good looking place, though the location was not entirely what I’d describe as safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially after I had a fall and returned to the hotel with blood all over my hands. Unfortunately after the fall all I wanted was to return home so I checked out after only spending 2 of my 5 nights there. Sadly none of the other nights were refundable. Overall, if you don’t mind the location (which I didn’t like purely because I was a female travelling alone), it’s a great place at a fair price.

Room is bigger than I though. Clean and cosy. Service is very good they clean everyday. Location: 15 mins by walk to auckland cbd. Good hotel in Auckland.

It was a nice enough room, albeit with an unusual narrow shape overall. Kitchenette was missing various essential items and it took a very long time to get those items by making a telephone request. It was also difficult to get through by telephone at reception as they never seemed to have enough staff on.

Quite pleasant, well set out , would book there again. Right in the centre of Auckland, handy to everything in the CBD. Parking is a problem, rang ahead to try and book, was told it's "first come first served ", when we got there my partner asked about parking and was told there was none available, but the people arriving after us were given a spot...the parking was in the 10min drop off spots...so be aware if you arrive late but before the freeman ends finding a spot to stop and book in might be difficult.

Nice clean hotel. Central location. Would stay here again.

Is horrible hotel, bedsheets never Change and room smelly with cockroach. Hot water heater out of order
