This hotel was recommended by my friend who used to work here. I requested a high floor and it was granted so the room’s view of the harbor is 🤩 (12th floor Social King Room). It’s the first time that a radio was turned on as I entered the room. I even thought my next room neighbor’s music was that loud. I didn’t expect it that you can slide the door from the toilet so you can have a full view of the harbour. I liked the room very much. Thankful that I was allowed to check in early. Appreciate it a lot! I intentionally left my puffy jacket and left a note about it. Whoever owns it now, please take care of it. I’ll be back when I go back to Auckland. We loved this hotel and room, wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was prime and not loud at night. Comfy beds, clean room.

Location is really good. The bed is rather small (for the twin room), and the mattress is too soft.

Our stay was nice with very friendly reception. Hotel was clean and artistic.

we were able to take an amazing photo of the harbor when we were living in the hotel, and I the breakfast there was delicious as well.

Very good location. It’s right next to the waterfront and the ferry terminal. The service is impeccable. The room got everything I needed.

In general, everything is perfect except from the insufficient rubbish bins in the room. An extra trash bin is highly expected in the room not just providing a single bin in the toilet which is super inconvenient, btw, the room service is amazing and the receptionist is awesome. Looking forward to a discount in valet service, it's a little costy. Beautiful and beautiful!

Excellent hotel to use when in Auckland

Hotel was great. Restaurant is in hotel one of the best in the area. Close to food and shops (walkable). Fisherman’s market bit further as link bridge is closed currently. Can use Uber App to hire the e-scooters!

Great location with nice restaurants nearby. Room is small but clean and with a pretty view. The TV system is a bit old, no chrome cast for iPhone, only worked with android devices. Good value for money.

Awesome hotel with great sea view! Stone’s throw away from the ferry terminal and lots of fantastic food options nearby. Laundry room and gym are bonuses. Go for their breakfast too!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel was comfy with an absolute stunning view. One of the best M Socials I have stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its fantastic location, just across the harbor/ferry terminal with plenty of restaurants nearby, was a highlight. The room is functional, featuring a sitting space with a view. The hotel boasts a good restaurant with excellent service. We particularly appreciated the Japanese young staff members working as a bellboy and a restaurant server. The only downside is the absence of amenities like a pool or hot tub, and the parking comes at a cost of $45 per night.
