Good gawd! What a DISGUSTING and dangerous place! Not a place I’d ever step foot in again. Lowlife scum everywhere who’d steal anything not nailed down. We pulled up to the office where no one could be found. I cannot believe we wasted our time driving to it. Disgusting!

Amazing location close to the city and also major attractions like the zoo. We had a powered site and it was fine, albeit the neighbours mostly seemed to be permanent residents rather than holiday makers. Facilities were very basic and the whole place could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint. That said, you’ll struggle to get anything this central at this price

Dirty moldy, fleas and cockroaches. No hot water. Kitchen disgusting. Punch holes in bedroom doors, dining chairs wobbly. Bed springs broken. Do not stay here absolutely awful. Two of us got flea bites after being in there for 20 minutes. We packed up and left and did not stay

Worst and most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. Mold everywhere from the walls, ceiling, curtains, bathroom. Very thick mold in the shower. Holes in the wall. Given a blanket too small for the bed and it had blood stains on it. Carpet felt so gross I wore my shoes the whole time. Walked out and checked into a much cleaner place in the cbd. I'm making a complaint to the council and recorded photos. Sleeping on the street would be cleaner than staying here.

Initially we were seduced by the Website, it shows a picturesque Motorhome site. The photographs are very deceptive. This is one of the dirtiest and scruffiest sites we have been to. We booked out within minutes of arriving having checked the facilities. The showers and toilets were dirty and disgusting and the whole place needs major attention. They do say there is Internet but this is only available if in you stand in Reception. There was a drinking party taking place in one of their static sites as we drew up to Reception. This is more like a refuge for homeless people! Surely these type of sites have a Trade Body that regulates standards, and there must be a Trading Standards Inspector who would close this site down. One to be missed, a pity because it’s convenient for Auckland Airport and Motorhome returns.
