Great location. Clean room. Nice staff. Very good view. Quiet too.

Nice stay although my room a/c is pretty loud so we ended up not turn it on, luckily it wasn't too hot even it's summer time here. 2 big queen beds do us well for 2 adults and 2 babies, very comfortable. Convenient restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Not a bad location, quite easy to reach Sky Tower on foot in about 15-20 mins. There’s a good Chinese vegan restaurant and a Thai restaurant just down the road. The hotel has quite good noise isolation, I could hear neighbors not the street traffic. The bed was comfortable but very weird bed sheets - after waking up I find myself wrapped inside inner blanket and I found some long hair on it meaning it happens with others. The room seemed like it needs refreshment - especially bathroom looked old. The staff were nice and friendly.

Room is clean. Location is good, near Auckland university. Just facilities are old.all over ok.

Stupid you have to pay $30 for parking!! Rip off..... money hungry. Nothing in the email say8ng theres extra charges for everything.

It’s good at the price range. More vintage vibe. The concierge is open until late (if not 24 hours)

As we live on Waiheke and sometimes need to stay close to the hospital, this is an excellent, clean, friendly, location for us

First time we stayed at this place. Nice hotel with a handy location. Bathrooms are a bit tired. Good happy hour!

No bath plug. Cigarette butts and packet on the room balcony. Rubbish from previous guests under the beds. Very average, will not be staying again.

Really good location central but not on a super congested busy street, car parking $30 a night. Simple but tidy and comfortable rooms, no complaints

The room was just basic, but that's all we needed. It was very clean and tidy. The service was great. I would have liked to stay longer than the 2 nights that we stayed.

Was good nice and quiet and great location Only down fall was ours and our freinds freezer froze drinks even on low.
