love the location! the view is amazing. the pool is really nice. perfect staycation. will be back soon!

The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.

環境和衞生挺好，酒店大廳設計也很大氣。 還有那邊好多規模的會議室。所以，除了旅客以外，要開會議的出差也挺方便。 但是，我們住的那天，客人不多，沒有早餐自助餐。 職員都很還會再來。

酒店可以看到mercedes 體育館，非常壯觀漂亮，設施齊全，裝修豪華。同時服務態度也很好，是不錯的酒店

발렛파킹 밖에 안되고, 차뺄려면 기본 한시간 대기. 아침 식사 포함된 걸으로 예약했는데도, 체크아웃시 계산서 안보면 또 계산 되어있슴. 그러고도, 미안함 표시 1도 안함.

胡亂扣帳，而且是3度錯誤扣帳，不但出現匯率損失，還浪費大浪溝通及跟進時間。
