I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my birthday. Check in was quick and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. The whole time I was there all of the staff that I encountered were very helpful and nice. My room was nice, spacious and clean and it was very comfortable and homey. Parking is good and it isn't a hassle at all and they had plenty of parking. I would definitely stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The hotel is well kept and clean on the inside as well as the outside. I really hate that I didn't get to use the indoor pool because it was open and available. Keep up the great job Home2!!!

3rd time here as a visitor from the uk following our soccer team on tour. Excellent staff. Excellent customer service led by Cedric and his team. Great large rooms. My 2 sons and myself in room. 2 beds and sofa bed. Maybe the sofa bed could do with new springs as a bit old and back problems. Lovely breakfast and free parking. Staff can’t do enough

Upon arriving at Home 2 Suites late at night, we were instantly greeted by the manager, CJ, and Guest Representative, Tia, with warm smiles and absolute professionalism. Check in took no longer than 5 minutes - including a briefing of the amenities, breakfast bar and perks program. Oh, and fur babies are welcome too! The rooms are spacious, mod, clean and have all the stockings for the bathroom and kitchen. As someone who is pretty eco conscious, I especially enjoy the cruelty free soap, shampoos and lotion options. There’s a gym and breakfast bar every morning, with a 24hr snack bar in the lobby with a lot of healthy options as well. Housekeeping has also been a delight and is always eager to assist with providing any necessities needed with a smile. The hotel is nestled within a suburban marketplace with rolling hills perfect for walking, jogging and centric is a beautiful lakefront - around the corner. My stay has been more than enjoyable and will officially be my home away from home each time i come back on business. Thank you CJ, Tia, Kalidou, Regan and anyone else whose names I may have forgotten! You’ve all made my stay a very, very memorable one, and hats off to you! FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -A.

I booked & payed for my reservation for March 29 -31, 2024, 17 days prior to coming in. I arrived at 11:45 PM, just to hear that the hotel was overbooked. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. He did not offer any solution to the problem. He was very careless, no type of sympathy. Instead he got very defensive & rude. He mentioned there were no rooms available. However, about three other guest arrived after me & they were all able to get a room. How confusing is this? I honestly believe, there was some type of discrimination!! I was the only, "other guest" in there & the only one who did not receive a room! I would give this hotel a 0 stars if I could. Worst experience with any hotel ever!

Please don’t go by the old reviews. This hotel is under NEW ownership/management and the manager goes out of his way to solve problems and make you feel welcome. I stayed there almost a month this past March for business. It was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was better than any Home2 I’ve stayed at. Please please please ignore the old reviews. I feel so badly that the new manager (who is an absolute sweetheart and would give his guests the shirt off his back) has to deal with the old reviews.

Hotel situé dans une zone commerciale en grande banlieue d'Atlanta, voiture indispensable. Malgré un paiement sur Booking, il a fallu 3/4 d'heures d'explications avec les 2 réceptionnistes pour qu'ils ne me fassent pas payer une seconde fois.... ca sent clairement la tentative d'arnaque car je n'ai eu aucun soucis avec les autres hôtels. A part ça chambre confortable, propret calme, mais je déconseille vu l'accueil.
