We stayed for 4 days: The location (Plaka) was perfect, the staff very friendly, the rooms were modest and very quiet at night; and the breakfast was plentiful. A great place to stay because it's within walking distance of every must-see attraction.

Wonderful small hotel located in the Plaka. Close to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are basic and nice, and the price is good for the location.

We have stayed at the Nefeli many times over the years. It is a small, family run hotel in the Plaka. The location is great, easy access to the metro, theaters, shopping and restaurants. The staff are all friendly and the rooms are basic and clean. Bathroom is small, but it all works. Economic room rate + great location.

The location is great. The 1st guy from reception was not very friendly and got my room giving wrong (payed for a double and got a single at first) but got it switched quickly.

It was so great. They treat tourists with the utmost care. In case of an emergency, the family members guard the reception 24 hours a day. 너무너무 좋았습니다. 관광객을 우선으로 생각해서 대해줍니다. 만일에 사태에 대비해 가족구성원끼리 24시간 리셉션을 지켜줍니다. Even though it is located in a busy area, there is no noise. 위치도 번화가에 위치해있음에도 소음은 없습니다.

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın. Yer yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otel eski ama içi çok iyi bakımlı. Oda temiz, havlular ve çarşaflar yeni değişmiş. Oda içi klima ve sıcak su çok iyiyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Erken geldik valizimizi resepsiyon sağolsun bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Gideceklere tavsiye ederiz.

Citytrip Athene. Simpel hotelletje, echter zeer centraal gelegen op korte loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en midden in het gezellige Plaka. Simpel, maar goed ontbijt. Personeel zeer hulpvaardig. Uitstekende prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Zeker aan te raden

Отличный отель в самом центре Афины. От метро близко, до достопримечательностей очень близко. До сувениров, кафе, тишины, шума.... до всего близко. Идеально расположен. Номера приятные, чистые. Завтрак вполне в духе времени - минимальный, но есть. Рядом есть супермаркет

The room didn't look like the pictures. It was very tiny and dirty, and the bathroom was old and not well taken care of. After taking a shower, the very small bathroom was full of water. The shower curtain was wrongly placed. Standing in front of the mirror with your feet in the water is very unpleasant. The old man who served breakfast was very moody. Not at all friendly. Tired of his job, I think. From the window, we looked at a completely dilapidated house and the garbage bins.

The room is comfy and clean. The location is very good. 😊 Within walking distance to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, Plaka District, Anafiotika, Syntagma Square and two metro stations (Syntagma and Acropolis metro stations). The centre of everything and the price per night is value for money. Breakfast was simple but they have the best Greek olives we had during the trip. Not so salty. Just perfect with toasted bread and butter. Will stay again if we visit Athens next time.

A 3 night stay and this was perfect. Close to all that Plaka offers, with lots of bars & tavernas. The hotel is in a quiet street and has a 24/24 desk. The rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast is simple and ample, with breads, fruits and yoghurt. Would definitely return.

Staff were generally helpful and the hotel was clean. However our room was dreadful. We had a 3 bed room which was so cramped it was difficult to move around the room, the worst thing was that it always smelt strongly of Cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved to another room but the hotel was apparently full. The staff were aware of the smell which they said came from the Theatre underneath. It was really unpleasant. If they are aware of the issue why are they renting out this room? especially when we had booked a month earlier.

We stayed at nefeli’s plaza at the end of our trip Not only had I made a mistake in my date reservation and Alexander special Thanks To him found a solution, with great professionalism and kindness, and after that we were so satisfied with our room. Great mattresses, impeccable cleanliness. Excellent géolocalisation in La Plaka without the noise, a little market at the feet of the hotel. I had had a knee surgery and was so happy there is an elevator. The next morning breakfast was served with kind attention. I highly recommend this place, a real find and a great surprise. Family owned. Clean, cozy, conveniently located with street parking and a parking garage nearby. It is walking distance to all the major sights. It is tucked just outside of the busy shop lanes. It includes free breakfast. It does have an elevator for one. Uses keys, not cards. Air conditioned. Friendly, helpful staff.
