Laundry arrived at 3 am and the guy made constant noise going in and out of the building. Absolutely no respect whatsoever. Mind you there was a check in at midnight and the were noisy I could hear the manager talking clearly. The cheaper rooms in the lobby have no external ventilation so the air is stale. No amount of air freshener can assist with moving stale air. Then lastly, although we book and pay for the sauna no extra towels are given so we then need to use sweaty towels when we shower throughout the stay. Unimpressed in general. The reception staff were kind enough to listen to the feedback but what benefit is that? I will stay again to see if much changed and if not I'll be giving the one star review.

The receptionist is very nice and helpful . Everything was great. The room is clean and location is good. I like everything here.

Hotel with great location and awesome service! Best location near the metro with many great food options just downstairs and within 3 min walking distance! Staffs were friendly and helpful

We arrived 6am check in was not till 3pm but the lady on reception said as so lovely she stored our bags and hurried our check in to 12.30. Rooms are immaculate couldn’t fault it massive bath tub too

Unfortunately this hotel was a complete nightmare, I arrived with serious eye infection and got no understanding or help from the staff. Noone helped me getting to the hospital. Then I even got a horrible room that was noisy, and NO window that could be opened. While complaining to the manager the next day I got even treated worse making up lies that I was yelling to the staff, which is NOT TRUE. I was just in pain asking for a better room or better service. Oh also they recommended the parking space for my super expensive car claiming its SAFE to leave them my car keys. I asked twice if this is really safe as my complete luggage is still in the car. When I went there to get my luggage out, the car was open!!! with the key inside. In the middle of Athens and noone there even from this parking team. like a complete fail on sooo many levels. The heating system is always on in the rooms making huge noise, also the pool downstairs has crazy machines making the whole night sounds. I am so happy I found another beautiful hotel around the corner quiet and excellent service!!!! Just dont stay there, its not good. Even the pool area is a joke and no jacuzzi in winter on the roof, they are not worth any visit!

Slept like a baby 5 mins from Monstraki and 10 mins from the centre of everything. I will be back. It would of been nice for complimentary water as it’s a heatwave but it was faultless.

Amazing hotel with good breakfast best location

Der Lage war super. Den Pool auch. Den Service an der Terrase für den Frühstück war leider nicht gut. Wenig personal, wenig auswahl und wenig platz zum sitzen.
