Location, location, location!!! This is the only reason to stay here. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and all the other amazing historical sites. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The subway station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. 5 stars for location.
The accommodation itself is not good. The wifi does not work at all; therefore, the TV could not be used either. The bed was broken, the sockets were hanging off the wall and the air conditioner did not work very well. There is a washing machine, which is handy for a long stay.
The host did respond to our requests to fix the bed the night we arrived and to provide enough towels and bedding for a family. However, it should not be the guest's responsibility to have to continually ask for things that are a standard part of the booking.
There were cockroaches in the entrance to the building and on the stairs. Thankfully, there were none in the apartment.
There are so many places to stay in this area, so I recommend taking your time to find something better.

房間的wifi速度極慢，基本不能用，建議一定要換下，房間插座很多是鬆動的，洗手間的洗手枱和馬桶不是很好，簡陋。但地理位置很方便,走10分鐘可以到衞城，附近餐廳麪包店蠻多的。性價比還可以

Прекрасная чистая квартира в Кукаки, есть все необходимое: кондиционер, нагреватель воды, стиральная машина, фен кухонные принадлежности, стабильный интернет. Заселение самостоятельное через бокс для ключей. Рядом множество кафе и ресторанов, метро Sygrou-Fix в пяти минутах ходьбы, Акрополь также в пешей доступности.
