Concierge Monastiraki

This is an AWFUL place - noone wants to stay there. I stayed in the so called "deluxe studio" and the experience was totally unacceptable. The place is not clean, the feeling is you do not want to touch any surface as it feels dirty. It smells sewage – all the time. Around the sink there were ants coming in the evening, many of them on the floor and in the bath there were cockroaches. I called the phone given to ask someone to come and spray – the phone was not responsive. I wrote them an email, the email got undelivered. On the second morning there was no longer hot water, although the heater was put on as per the instructions. Bed sheets seemed OK, but on one of the pillows I found hair – it did not seem to have been changed from previous guests. Windows look just over the street and a Brasserie and you are easily seen outside. The curtains were truly dirty and dusty. The place is on the entrance of the Monastiraki area with many restaurants and bars and therefore two out of the 3 nights I stayed it was very noisy in the evenings till early night. Finally, back home all items and cloths in my suitcase had the smell of sewage.
