Avoid The Frogs Guesthouse. Shortly - Worst service, scam, disrespectful. We don’t usually write complaints, but this time it really crossed the line. We booked expensive rooms based on great reviews, especially about the balconies, lobby, and in-house café. Instead, we were placed in three separate rooms down the street, in two different buildings, on noisy ground floors. The rooms were decent but felt more like overpriced Airbnb apartments than hotel rooms. When we raised our concerns, the manager blamed us for not doing a full research . In booking the it doesn’t mentioned and in the website it is only vaguely mentions “next door,” without making it clear these are separate buildings. Later, when one of our room doors locked automatically (something they never warned us about), we were forced to split the cost of a locksmith—otherwise, we’d be stuck without our belongings. In short: choose a hotel that respects its guests instead of just trying to maximize profits.
