This is our 2nd stay at Electra Palace Hotel in Athens. Our experience, just like the first time, was not disappointing. All the staff at the hotel are extremely professional, and they didn't disappoint with the high quality of service rendered. We were particularly impressed at the check-in, which was done in less than 1 min. They just pulled up our details on their files, gave us the check-in paper to sign, and away we went to our room. We asked for the same room 324 that we stayed on our first visit, and they happily obliged us. I love the fact that the hotel pays attention to every little request from its customers. Thank you so much to everyone at Electra Palace, we will see you again in 2025 by God's Grace!🙏🏿

Highlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

Positives + Location: close to syntagma square (i.e., airport metro line) and within walking distance to acropolis + Breakfast: classic western all-day breakfast buffet, on the roof top with great views of the acropolis Negatives - Cleanliness: human hairs on bed sheets - Room amenities: very old and out of maintenance (e.g., bath faucet not functioning well; metal cover on the switch falls off easily) - Service: except for the concierge staff, attitude is cold otherwise (including breakfast and other interactions) - Noise: loud music with strong base rhythms outside the window until late night (11pm)

我訂的是單人間 房間除了小沒什麼毛病 樓頂餐廳非常棒 是拍衞城的最佳選擇 酒店離衞城很近 吃飯購物也非常方便 出門注意把包背在前面

酒店頂層早餐廳有絕美的衞城景觀，服務員熱情周到。早餐豐富，住了三天，每天都不變樣。酒店設施略老舊。位置優越，去憲法廣場、衞城和購物街都不遠。

非常滿意的一次體驗。在涼台就可以看完整的衞城，酒店早餐也是非常豐富美味，房間的各種一次性用具非常齊全

必須説：非常讚的選擇！ 魅力微風讓我們此次的聖託里尼旅程非常完美，酒店在Oia小鎮，安靜，酒店位置優越，房間乾淨整潔，早餐優秀，在陽台上用早餐，面朝愛琴海，太美了！床也很舒服，是出門那麼久睡得最舒服的地方，工作人員也非常友好，負責人更是熱情友好，事事有迴應，到達的時候在路邊等我們幫忙拿行李，非常周到。因為我們中國人不能下載Whats up😱😓衹能用email 聯繫，但負責人響應非常迅捷，晚上很晚了還在回覆我們的郵件，感受到了真誠負責的服務態度。這個酒店性價比確實非常好，強烈推薦！家庭套房的陽台非常贊

房間乾淨整潔，衞生打掃的很好，每天更換枕套，去年來住的雅典洲際，給我留下非常惡劣的印象，洲際設施相當於國內的三星，服務也不好，所以這次訂酒店我都是心有餘悸，沒想到服務員親切熱情，房間乾淨整潔，尤其8樓餐廳用早餐時可以看到雅典衞城，非常驚艷，位置也好，去憲法廣場，衞城都特別近。唯一缺點就是房間不隔音，晚上12點之前樓下汽車，摩託車的噪音很大！但總體來説非常不錯，下次來雅典還是選擇住在這裏

酒店員工非常友好，我們夜機請求late check out酒店很爽快地滿足了，早餐廳有令人驚嘆的雅典渭城景致，我們每天早餐晚餐都在這間餐廳渡過，食物質素也超出期望，期待下次再次入住

泳池很好，房間很小很一般，位置很好。

酒店位置非常好，出來就是雅典商業街，咖啡廳，餐館多且很方便，超市也很近，酒店房間乾淨服務好，尤其早餐極其豐盛，味道好，早餐位置可遠眺衞城，景觀無敵，我已經住過幾次這個酒店，非常滿意

前台挺熱情的，我們期間去聖託里尼三天行李可以讓寄存，服務人員態度都挺好！
