Swiss Inn Teda Hotel & Aqua Park

The hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl. The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.

A beautiful hotel staff very friendly , love the atmosphere , my daughter absolutely loves this place, breakfast buffet very nice lots of choices , rooms large and very clean , hotel prices very reasonable, great service and will be going back

I used to spend summer break in 5 stars Hurgada hotels but this summer my 70 years old mother decided to come with me and my 3 kids, so I chose El Sokhna because it's quite near. I made a reservation for 5 days, 4 nights based on a friend recommendation but when I went through the internet reviews I thought I made a mistake because looks like It's not worth it to spend all that time in such place but I decided to go anyway and share my experience. Let me start with Mr. Mohamed Saad in the reception who changed the room immediately for me so that my mum doesn't have to walk long distances. The hotel is not really luxurious but the Staff and Housekeeping are extremely hospitable that make you feel like you are the hotel owner or something. The food is so basic has no creativity specifically the desserts section, However the taste is so delicious. And it wasn’t a big deal because technically we didn't have time to eat, the pool starts at 8:30 a.m The amazing aqua starts 1:00 p.m , the teda fun city starts 3:00 p.m till 11:00 p.m where the kids have a card full of 1300 points daily granted for free so that the kids can spend the night time playing there. At 11:00 p.m till 1:30 am there is a party where the kids can dance and play with friends and other adorable kids ❤ I have alot of wonderful pics but looks like It's not allowed to upload photos here so am going to upload them on Facebook I left the place with my kids literally crying because we're leaving, Highly recommended for family and specially kids. The hotel is extremely nice and cozy. All the staff is friendly, the animation team is so energetic and friendly. Ms Yomna is a nice and a hospitable lady . Highly recommended especially if you have kids, they’ll enjoy the aqua and Fun Valley. Thanks

Quick check in and friendly receptionist,Mr.Mohammed who was helpful and friendly. Thanks to Mahmoud from the housekeeping team who made himself available whenever needed. Youmna from the Guest Relations team checked on our experience consistently during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The dancing show on the pool and the stage was excellent and the kids were so happy. We were given a free points card to use the dinosaur Park and was a great experience for the kids as well.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating, front office staff are very kind, good housekeeping particularly "Mr. Mahmoud" housekeeping manger. Good choice for families & kinds, Nice Fun valley. Aqua Park, Dinosaur city. *Highly appreciate “Ms. Youmna” Guest relation for her kind and elegant service and care. Thank you all for hospitality I’ll be back

I would like to thank MISS yomna for helping us during our stay and she was really coomperative with us She understood everything thank you very much miss yomna she really treated everyone with respect and she answered all our questions thank you miss yomna

It was a good trip easy to go ..................... Receptionist are very helpful.. room is clean and ready to use... Pool is large with amazing aquapark for adults and children....... The restaurant is clean and there are wide varieties of food with good taste Thank you all for your hospitality I will come back

The hotel is amazing, the staff very friendly and mr. MAGED in reception was so decent, helpful and friendly. The Aqua Park was Good and the points to the Children's games city and dinosaur city was very fun and free... The show team was Friendly and fun ❤️ I will visit the Hotel was my kids again
