Amazing Beachfront Hotel with a full fledged onsen. Highly recommended

The hotel has all ocean view rooms and for an older property, is reasonably well maintained. However, the roadway right below it means traffic noise, especially for rooms on the lower floors. The shuttle service from Atami station is handy, the walk to the waterfront area is not too far.

In summary, I quite enjoy staying in this hotel. If it’s going to renovate, it would be much much better. The hotel is located near the sea side, allowing it has a spectacular sea view. But it’s not convenient for people going from station to the hotel on foot. I had a baby and two pieces of big luggage. Exhausted when I got to the hotel. What’s more, I need to climb down 10+ steps to get to use the elevator. The room seating is good if the condition is 20years newer. The combination of Japanese and western style is my cup of tea. But I have to admit that the onsen is good.if it can be operated longer, it would be better. The highlight of the hotel is its breakfast. I didn’t expect much. But it ended up suprise me. Food choice was great, environment was great and the food was great!

Dated accommodation but it's charming and reminds of hey day of beach resorts. Easy walk through the tunnel or down the hill to the town. Service was well coordinated and shuttle to and from the atami train station was prompt and polite. Food was high quality but beverages are an add on

Great location, good place to stay when you are going to see fireworks, its 5minutes to the beach.

Spacious room with good facilities. The breakfast was great. I particularly liked the onsen, but a bit crowded. And yes hot water is really hot!!! Great location at the very center and right next to the beach. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel is old-fashioned style, but the sea view is fantastic; suggest to provide more free car parking spaces

Location and service are good, but the hot spring pool is small , only indoor pool,, shuttle service only available in the morning and limited seat. Breakfast is good .

Traditional Japanese hotel room with tatami seating/sleeping area. Very small bathroom. The linens in the closet for the futons was smelly. Breakfast is not worth the $ at all. Limited options, very basic. The onsen was nice though.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, being close to the beach and the tourist sites.

Forrest at the other side of the hotel, very noisy when sleep at night. No shuttle from station to pick up, next day has to order shuttle bus, not enough seats after 10:30 am. Bath room not clean. Top roof cannot see firework

Lovely spa hotel by the sea, great view but 15 mins walking distance from the main train station can be an issue when weather is not good.
