Rakuten STAY Atami

Room was nicely designed with a sofa corner and terrace. There was also a free drink corner and rooftop terrace. However, there was only indoor onsen and this is a self service hotel without any staff on site for reservation.

No staff at the reception. All concerns and check in process will be done thru their online counters.

We are very appreciative that there were enough space for the 3 of us to be comfortable. And for us to enjoy the view of Atami

Although some people may feel that it’s a hassle to do online check-in without a ‘proper’ hotel front desk assistance, we didn’t have any issues. We could submit our personal details via our mobile phones anywhere anytime prior arriving. Then upon arriving, using the PIN sent to our emails, we could smoothly enter the entrance. At the lobby, there were tablets, for each guests to take their picture for verification to the information we had submitted beforehand. Then we were connected to a call centre which asked us some simple questions then it was done. We loved that there were free flow of hot & cold drinks, alcohol and non-alcohol, free flow chocolates/sweets/japanese nuts available. We were a group of 7, so we used the common space for our meals. The rooms were huge for Japan standards with a small sink, dining table attached. Each booking came with a car park lot. The car park is just a 2-3 minutes drive away and we just parked accordingly to our room number. I cannot be more pleased with my stay here and will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Although location is not closed to station, the quiet and clean and new hotel …we feel very relax to stay there !

Great location, large room, very good for family stay

6人で宿泊しました ラウンジには無料のドリンクバーがあり、大浴場、コインランドリーとあって大変便利に過ごせました！ 部屋も綺麗でオーシャンビュー堪能しながらベランダに行くことも出来た 屋上のスペースも素敵でした

入住前一天便收到民宿的電郵，會提供進入大堂門口的密碼，跟房間的密碼鎖是同一樣的，只要入住前預先在網上填好個人資料，視像check in便很順利，職員只是簡單跟你確認一下，停車場跟房間的號碼是一樣的，免費提供的。這𥚃設施很好，但浴場很焗，免費飲品種類很多，步行往熱海銀座商店街只是5分鐘，附近有一間很好吃的炸豬排飯店！ 可惜第二晚電視搖控器沒電，走到大堂找職員幫忙，但他們叫我去線上找房東，真是很不人性化！

預訂了2晚住宿，熱海站出來左手可公交，打車花了1580日元，酒店/攜程客服提前一天發郵件（日文和英文説明）可先用手機在線提交護照照片頁訊息，15:00憑密碼進去後仍需要用ipad填入住人訊息並接通在線客服視頻電話（有中文客服，我們先是日文客服接通電話，後掛斷後由中文客服回撥，但第一次訊息沒填完中文客服就讓我們自己先填然後掛斷電話了，我再撥通後是英文客服，溝通順暢完成入住手續），如果預訂分兩個訂單的話可以出發前讓攜程日文客服幫忙要求兩晚同一房間（攜程客服很負責給我回了電話，酒店也的確是這麼安排的），視頻辦理第一晚入住時提供第二晚入住的訊息讓酒店在線客服後台操作，這樣就不需要退房再辦理入住了，如果趕上花火大會，酒店會給專門區域的坐墊，帶着去現場就好了，酒店天台風景不錯，看煙花位置肯定不去現場，但人少清靜吧，各有利弊。門口公交車站會遲到，11:17的一趟車莫名沒來，衹能順延後麪的車次搞不懂，但另一天9:05的還算準時。附近有個Maxvalu大超市，斜對面7-11，離起雲閣步行距離，我們是去完來宮神社後順着走回酒店的，導航方便。總之值得一住，就是比較難訂，體驗非常好。
