L' hotel è in buona localizzazione, a due passi del centro storico, gli staff sono molto gentili, solo la mia camera che non mi ha piaciuta tanto, a causa di essere una mansardata non ha una tenda alla finestra sul tetto e mi svegliavo molto presto a causa della luminosità . Per il resto è andato bene.

All staff were helpful. Has 2 restaurants one like a “proper” restaurant and the other more like a pizzeria/bar. Both very good. The hotel is sited just a short walk from all the main areas to visit. And not very far from where to take a bus. Taxi access to hotel door. Internet works well. A good value for money hotel. Would stay again quite happily.

Pilgrims and a decent room
We were looking for an affordable room in Assisi so we didn’t need luxury. This fit the bill. The best thing about it was the restaurant in the hotel, which had excellent food and groups of pilgrims.

My students and I have been staying here on school trips since 2015. After two years of canceling trips during the pandemic, we were thrilled to finally return to Assisi in 2022. Carlo and Cristian and the rest of their family always take such good care of us that I will never stay anywhere else in Assisi! I love that we can have breakfast and supper in the hotel restaurant and enjoy the views from the terrace, and we always spend at least one evening at the Rocca Maggiore (about a 10-minute walk uphill) to watch the sunset over Assisi. Highly recommended!

DONT BOOK here!!... there is NO parking and the hotel charges you if you want to park on their premises (you get a ticket if you park in public places) The rooms are small, THE BATHROOMS ARE TINY: you use the loo and brush your teeth at the same time! BOTH side walls are dry walled, so, one can hear the neighbours; keeping you up at night!! The breakfasts are also to be avoided: over priced and inferior quality (we could not eat the yoghurt or drink the coffee)

Piccolo hotel 3 stelle vicino al centro di Assisi, in ottima posizione per la visita dei luoghi francescani. Dispone, poco distante, di parcheggio a pagamento per 10 euro. Vi ho soggiornato con mia moglie nel mese di agosto in mezza pensione. L’arredamento della camera è risultato semplice ed essenziale, anche un po’ datato. Purtroppo manca il frigobar, elemento importante per un soggiorno ma la cosa più deludente è il bagno, piccolo e privo di box doccia e pedana, per cui si è costretti a lavarsi dietro una tendina plastificata, ma l’acqua si estende ovunque. Riguardo alla cena in sala, vi è una scelta tra 3 primi e 3 secondi, direi nella norma, senza eccellenze. La prima colazione a buffet e con il distributore automatico per cappuccino, thè e caffè. Il personale è stato molto cortese e gentile. Buona la pulizia.
