This is a wonderfully operated family-run small hotel in the middle of Assisi. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The property includes original Roman walls, large rooms, and many modern details. The entire place is immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast is the morning was offered in a beautiful private courtyard and includes a large spread of handmade breads, fruit, and freshly made cappuccinos. Lots of attention to detail, makes this a lovely place to stay. Gratzi!

The owners of this beautiful and comfortable hotel are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. Great shops, and restaurants are within steps of this fantastic location. We highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Assisi!

An excellent experience from making reservations months before our trip to our sad goodbye. We wish we could have stayed longer at Portica10. Carmine and Leah go beyond in friendliness, cleanliness, organization, and delicious breakfasts with baked treats by Lea every day. Our most lovely night on our Italy vacation was appetizers on the Portica10 rooftop enjoying the sunset. We highly recommend this recently restored hotel B&B, close to the center of Assisi.

Only stayed one night, but owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us - messaging before our arrival and making sure we had what we needed. Rooms are modern and extremely clean, with shower, toilet, air con fridge and safe. Hotel was fine our stay but the best bit were the owners - nothing was too much trouble they helped with our bags, arranged taxis for us and were just happy people who have created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was included with a good choice of food mostly homemade - can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Assisi and the price was extremely reasonable - you’re a stones throw away from various bars restaurants and incredible views,

Wonderful hotel. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed. The owners are wonderful and make you feel very welcomed. A number of restaurants and shops located within steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return.

The best of everything! Lea and Carmen are extremely welcoming and everywhere you look you see their attention to detail. This B&B is the best we’ve ever stayed at not only for its location, but the accommodations are exceptional. The rooms are spacious, clean and are well stoked with amenities. Free water upon your arrival, tea and coffee in your room, along with a well supplied minibar. The breakfast selection was delicious and the baked goods were all homemade by Lea. We wish this family the best of luck in the future as they continue to work hard every day.

This is a marvelous bed & breakfast in Assisi. Carmine and Leah have created a warm, welcoming inn. They go above and beyond to assure comfort and assistance with any needs. The location is right in the heart of Assisi. The small size of the inn is personal and the attention to detail in the room amenities is of a very high standard. The breakfast has many homemade baked items with a good variety for every taste. Guests should be aware that the waterfall shower stall is placed in the bedroom, not enclosed within the bathroom. This was no problem for me, as I was travelling solo, but it could possibly be a privacy issue for others.

This hotel was a fantastic discovery! It has been remodeled and every corner shows beautiful ways of lovely improvements. It is one of the nicest B&B's we have ever stayed in! It is right in the center of Assisi -- walking distance to everything. The Staff is very helpful, kind and professional. Everything is homemade for breakfast and the rooms are spacious and so clean! I assure you our next trip to Assisi will have this place included in our plans. They are everything you would hope for in a B&B. Thank you both! Antonio and Sharon Risoldi, Rome

My wife and I just returned from Italy. We were fortunate to spend one night at Portica10 and it was fantastic. Carmine and Lia are exceptional and accommodating hosts. They are owners, operators, and residents of the hotel and it is clear that they have put tremendous love into their business. Everything is pristine and Lia's homemade delicacies for breakfast are extraordinary. The hotel is located right in the center of town and a short walk from all of Assisi's historic attractions. I highly recommend Portica10 to any visitors to Assisi.
