It has been about 10 years since I stayed here - well not much has changed BUT not much has aged Cabin was wonderfully maintained and clean - for a great price and the staff are Always friendly I love this place and the birds are A bonus - thank you .

We stayed in a Macaws Mansion and it was great suited our family perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff we great to communicate with and easy to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again! Great price. Wish we could have spent more time there.

This place was amazing! Accommodated to our every needs. Very family friendly & suited our young children, they loved the pool areas & the beautiful birds. The cabins were great, spacious & very friendly reception staff. The booking was easy. Very close to shopping centres, fuel stations & in a great and easy location to find and access. This was our first time visiting from NSW & we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village - 2 adults and 2 kids in a premium palm cabin. The cabin was very clean, 2 good sized bedrooms and all amenities you would need for a holiday stay. Air-con, fridge, cooking appliances, dishwashing liquid, new washing cloths, towels, toiletries. There was also a washing basket, pegs and clothes airer in the wardrobe so we could do some laundry. The kids loved the pool - very roomy, warm and never felt like other guests were swimming on top of you. There was lots of activities on for the kids - we didn't get to take advantage of these but they looked like fun. Close to the theme parks, a Woolworths around the corner and not far from the beaches without being in the thick of it all. We hope to return soon - it is hidden away so glad we found it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are kept immaculate. The pool area is really lovely. Two pools, one heated and one not. We were there in winter. The heated pool is not hot (you probably wouldn't sit and relax in it) but warm enough for the kids to happily play in for a decent period of time. The birds are awesome. The cages are kept clean and they all look healthy and happy. They had a great range of kids activities, each morning and some afternoon. Kids loved balloon making and face painting. The free family selfie photo was also a win with the kids. We booked here as it was close to where we were visiting friends so we didn't spend much time at the accommodation, had we have known how much there was for the kids to do we could have happily spent more time there Great after hours access, we arrived late at night, key collect was easy and no fuss.

First time staying here at Ashmore but would happy stay here again. Away from the hustle of surfers but still close to do things in the gold coast area. Our main trip was to go to the Theme parks about a 15-20 min drive away. And Currumbin wildlife park 30min away. Plus a Good range of shopping facilities around also. Plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and a lovely lagoon styled pool. Wake up listening to the sound of the many beautiful macaws which adorn the grounds, and the odd lizard. Great cabin styled accommodation to suit a range of families. I'm sure that my kids will want to go back soon. As my daughter made friends with the staff. But mainly the Macaws keeper. As she visited the Macaws daily. All the staff are happy,friendly and helpful -

We loved everything about our stay... the cleanliness of our Rainforest Retreat cabin, communication from the friendly staff, beautiful grounds & birds. Our family loved all of the activities with Miss Kellie. Highly recommend a stay at Ashmore Palms!

Stayed in 2 bedroom cabin, really clean and fresh when we got there. Staff at front office could not help us enough. Great spot for theme parks - 10 minutes to sea world, 15-20 wet’n’wild. If we come back to Goldy we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great stay and being close enough to all attractions. Kids loved the pool and all the birds. Great activities put on by the park for the kids as well. Will definitely stay again if back up this way. Onsite shop good to use and not expensive, staff all friendly and helpful.
