Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

Somewhere to stay before taking the shuttle to France, so for this it is perfectly located and the attached Beefeater staff our fantastic. The hotel is very dated. The exterior wall looks like a condemned building, and the fittings and furnishings all need replaced or updated. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was not available. Had to run hot tap for nearly 4 mins to get warm water.

Stayed here for the weekend. First impression wasn’t great when you have to walk past smokers right at the entrance, not the best place for that kinda area. Once we arrived to our room, it all seemed normal except shower glass wasn’t cleaned properly and bathroom in general wasn’t the best. Also a lot of noise at nighttime whether it was cars or people. Although location is good with restaurants nearby and large outdoor car park.

Loved this hotel! We needed somewhere to stay for a night after coming back from France and, in the past we’ve struggled to find a nice hotel. The location is great with a pub and also a McDonald’s. We ate in the pub and the food and service was lovely. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection. Room was warm, modern and cosy. We all had a great nights sleep. Bathroom was spotless. We had an issue with the TV but a quick call to reception and it was efficiently resolved. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here Christmas and boxing day nights. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we found extra pillows. Towels soft and large The room was very clean. However, both the bedroom and bathroom needed redecorating and flooring replaced. The communal areas were clean but again needed a refit. Parking is great. Tea coffee, etc, basic but in the room and the entrance hall. It was very busy . The only noise came from people closing doors. It's a shame for the staff that the company does not invest the money and time needed to do the improvements required. The outside definitely requires a lot of attention.

Staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very nice. The bathroom door in our room didn't close properly and the wifi didn't connect. We paid for the ultimate but in our room we couldn't get it. The outside could do with a paint job but inside was nice enough!

Billy basic, just 'functional' for a night before an early Eurotunnel trip. Clean. Quite uninspiring, but was only £84! Quick check in. You wouldn't go for a holiday or a romantic weekend, but it was £84, decent night's sleep before an early start. Plenty of places to eat very close by but NO electric car charging nearby : the charging area opposite we saw on the internet hasn't been built yet!
