Premier Inn Ashford North

Excellent location just off the main road with a really good Beefeater restaurant next door. Beefeater had reasonable prices and there was also a garage across the street for any additional snacks or drinks. Very good location and would stay here again.

The reception and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The tables in the restaurant were well spaced out

Mandy and Helen are the best reception / customer service ladies of all the Prem Inns I have ever stayed in . Very welcoming, easy with a bit of a joke. Mandy went out of her way to get an extra fan to cool my room as there’s no air con at this hotel . Can’t say more than brilliant. So here I add extra characters to make up the minimum 200 ( prob why Mandy & Helen don’t get recognition enough, as not many do the extra characters for these 2 Prem Inn characters)

We stay at PI Ashford North about every 4-6 weeks and ALWAYS find staff brilliant, helpful and efficient. Great location for Le Shuttle

Another great stay at this prem. We often use this premier inn. On this occasion we had to attend a funeral in High Halden. All staff courteous and helpful as usual , but we'd like to give a special thankyou to Helen on reception. We look forward to staying here again in the future

Nice room very clean and comfortable room was hot but supplied with fan which helped with temperature car park has plenty of spaces to park staff friendly. Don’t have to go too far for restaurant as beefeater right next door and very good especially if you book meal deal with room value for money

After an early start and a full day enduring high temperatures, we looked forward to getting to the hotel. On arrival in reception, cold water and glasses were available which was a nice added touch and gave a good, guest focused first impression. Receptionists were polite and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a night away. Shower was powerful, bath was a good size and there was a fan in the room as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again! The only minor bit of feedback I have, is that the fan was louder than expected, even on the lowest setting.

We've stayed here many times over many years and have always been happy. Without exception we are well looked after and absolutely nothing has been too much trouble. Many thanks again to Anne and her colleagues for all they do, and Housekeeper Rachel for keeping Archie and Georgie happy.

Well run by friendly staff. Great value for money and just 30 mins from La Shuttle. Ideal stop over. Very comfortable stay, just what was required.
