ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

Awful place. Rude staff and no Wifi. I booked for an 18th birthday celebration for my son. He has health issues and suffers at night so needs Wifi through the night. I booked it for the room Wifi but it was not available. Reception said Wifi often stops working. It didn't work at all. The barman told me I could only pay for drinks by setting up my credit card at reception. No one was at reception while I waited. I went back to the bar to tell the barman this to find another way to pay and he just shrugged, not caring. I couldn't get a drink. Whilst I was at reception the barman saw the specialist drink my son had brought in with him while I had a bar drink, but rudely told my son to leave the bar and drink in the windy cold lobby, despite him being with me, a paying customer. Not able to stand staying there any more and with no Wifi still, we checked out before even spending the night there as they had breached the contract. They refused any refund or compensation.

Really lovely hotel in a nice location. Was only there for one night, but room was clean and bar food was nice.
