In the centre of Aschau, in a central, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer, heating to be paid on the spot (01.May. - 31.Oct.). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sports centre 1.2 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 200 m, gondola lift 3.5 km, slopes 200 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 3.5 km, Zillertal Arena 3.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. All sports and leisure facilities are rapidly accessible in summer and in winter. 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and shower. Exit to the balcony. Very nicely furnished holiday apartment, centrally located, with good shopping facilities. Very nice and caring landlady. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment was 17C° cold on the first and second day. Only after repeated requests did it get warmer the next day. The TV didn't work either.
