This was truly the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. I stayed with my two young babies for a nearby family wedding and the front desk person, Jhy, and the manager could not have been more rude and unhelpful. Jhy particularly seemed to get pleasure out of treating me and my family poorly. Every time I would ask her a question she acted as if I was being completely unreasonable and imposing on her. Despite me calling the hotel numerous times ahead of the trip to confirm that the hotel would have cribs and early check in available, we arrived at 12 and our rooms were not yet ready, but worse, the hotel did not have cribs. I have a 1 year old and a 7 week old baby. I had to go to a nearby Walmart to purchase pack n plays for my stay. Throughout this ordeal the front desk staff were nasty and unhelpful. On top of all of this, the manager charged me the incorrect rate for the night despite my email confirmation email. I urge Marriott to reconsider their hospitality standards if Jhy and the manager represent the brand. On a positive note, there was one woman working at night who was helpful and offered me a smile amidst all the chaos. She is appreciated and did a job well done.
