The resort and its amenities are really good. The beach and water activities are amazing. It has good bars and restaurants offering delicious food. We also enjoyed a pleasant walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Location is another plus, getting to and from the airport is easy; the hotel can arrange a private transport for a fee, which is reliable and convenient for airport transit.

Terrible service at the reception, mainly old people/ package tourists (many of them). Rooms are in very old, cheap condition

Great hotel design and location for a relaxing time with ocean views. Good food selection during breakfast and helpful staff at the check in. Additional services like airport shuttle or taxi to the city were over priced.

Unfortunately, we can't comment on the hotel as they refused to modify our booking when our plans changed. We were charged the full amount (including breakfast) and were unable to stay. We would have appreciated some cooperation when our plans changed.

Far from all the touristy places. Customer Service was horrible. Takes them 2 hrs just to bring something to the room. Front desk never picks up. Kids enjoyed the private pool. Other than that didn't seem like a 5 star

The air conditioning did not work through out my stay. I reported this to the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look at the AC but they did not send anyone to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t not sleep at all because it was so hot in the room

The hotel was excellent for the price. The room was spacious and reception service was excellent. Our only complaint was the service in the restaurant was slow and the Buffet was pricey. The a la carte menu was more manageable. The location was scenic and quiet, but much further from the airport than we anticipated.

This hotel is a hidden gem, amazing facilities, rooms, location, beech, water, food, etc. Surpassed all my expectations. The Spa is also incredible, ask for Sofia as a masseus (she is world class therapist) and book her for at least twice. Then make sure to chat with Frosina about anything. Elena is also very nice and will help you out.

The service of the staff is excellent and friendly, clean rooms, the view of the beach and the pool are stunning, the breakfast is good, a little far from the city but worth it because of the view and the beach, the value is excellent relative to the price

Travelled for a wedding. Stayed at the hotel for around 3 nights and it was perfect. the place is immaculate, the breakfast was divine with a lot of variety and the facilities are impressive. There is room for a little more equipment in the gym, in my view, but that is one minor observation. the views from this hotel are stunning.

Will not come back again and never recommend to others. Firstly when we contact the hotel see if they have pick up service at the airport, they requested EUR45 for calling a taxi for us but if you call by yourself, it only costs EUR23 so we handled by ourselves on the transportations. In the resort area, there was full of flies and mosquitoes. We had planned to have dinner at the beach side restaurant but we stayed only 10 seconds then we left. I had 10 bites already on my legs!!! We ended up to have dinner buffet in the main restaurant. No seafood but only a few kinds of hot dishes and some salads and cold dishes which costed 35Euro per head. Not worthy at all. The main issue is that there were tons of flies flying over the food just like being in South East Asia countries, even worse than those... so disgusting.. As for the room, we booked an executive suite which was facing sea view and also their outdoor banquet area. THAT WAS TOTALLY A DISASTER!!! They had event there at night, disco music and crowds were extremely noisy until midnight!! It was totally unacceptable but luckily we just only stayed there for 1 night.. Surely we will not come back again.
