Amazonika Boutique Resort

We had booked three nights stay at Amazonika. Booked it through air bnb so couldn’t locate it prior booking. The property photos shared on air bnb and even on their website are far very far from reality. Foul smelling rooms, growing moulds and fungus, infested with insects, unclean, unhygienic, leaking roofs etc etc I can go on and on and on… witnessing such state was devastating to say the least. Housekeeping is absent, reception is non existent (except only for payments), no way to connect to room service even for drinking water… Absolute horror to stay here. Do yourself a big favour do not I repeat do not book yourself at Amazonika. To help those on air bnb it is listed under the label 3 bhk Villa with swimming pool at Calangute. We were a group of four adults with two kids under four years. The place was so bad that we had to move out after one night (as moving out was not feasible on the first night). The caretaker Mr Surinder is a rude *** and was of no help at all. You can message me for actual videos of the rooms to help plan better

Worst experience ever. Even people who are giving a good review to this place are lying. We spent so much money and yet we didn’t have a good time. Bedsheets not clean, lizards in the room. No good view. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. We had to book another hotel after this and lost all are money in this place also. They had the audacity to ask for more money due to early check out. Very annoyed with this place.
