It was a great trip hotel is very beautiful and well maintained ,rent bikes and car is just out side of the hotel and market is just two minutes from the hotel and the main thing is hotel staff is very helpful and polite specially Ashis and Ashok they .

A very laid back property in North Goa, with close proximity to all the happening places in Goa. Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute & Baga are very close to the Suites (about 10-15 mins drive). It is located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton, Arpora complex, further inside the Riviera Hermitage. We'd booked the 3 BHK Ivory Villa & 1 BHK apartment. About the villa, it is of a good size and can accommodate max 8 persons. There are 2 washrooms, one on each floor of the villa. The best part of the villa is the recliner sofa set. It is so relaxing. The rooms are of good size and complete with comfortable bed, blankets and towels. There is a wooden wardrobe in each room. They give all the cutleries, cooking pans, RO water in the kitchen which makes it easier to cook. Same goes for the 1 BHK. Highlight being the bedroom is on the 1st floor. It's a duplex apartment altogether. There is a lot of greenery inside the property. Paved pathways and greenery adorn every corner. Beware of falling coconuts too! One such coconut landed next to me :P Maid service is available every alternate day of stay. Linen/Towels were not changed. You have to call the maid on the designated day or else, she won't come. But she was very helpful and always did her work with full professionalism. Special mention was the owner, Anya or Anna. She was right on her toes as she personally came to receive us and check us in. She was very helpful in answering a lot of our queries and sent useful information on WhatsApp almost immediately we checked in. The cons that I could note are as follows: 1. The swimming pool, very good in size, is open from 9 am - 6 pm only. In the summers, it is incredibly difficult to swim in the sweltering heat. People want to enjoy the pool in the late hours after coming from a day of sightseeing or on the beach. 2. There are power shedding number of times. Only 3 fans used to work in the entire villa, and 1 light. During nights, it was increasingly difficult for people staying in 1 room wherein no lights or fan was working. Funny thing is, recliner sofa was running with backup power. 3. There are no porters or trolleys to carry your luggage to the villas or the apartments. There are no lifts as well. So carrying your luggage from the parking lot will be a challenge.
