Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception. 1-room apartment 28 m2 on 3rd floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC. The reception was very friendly. The apartment is functionally furnished and very clean. It is only a few minutes' walk to the ski lift. After skiing you have a direct view of the mountain panorama from the balcony.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio for this apartment was not more than satisfactory. Kitchenette without a dishwasher, very small with too little storage space, partly unclean and only the most minimal of crockery/cutlery.

Tolle Unterkunft, nah zu den Pisten. Unglaublich freundlicher Rezeptionist vor Ort, viele hilfreiche Tips und immer nett.Perfekter Brötchendienst.
