Hotel excelente, quartos bons, banheiro, limpo e cheiroso. Gramado bonito e com piscina. 7 minuto da rua das pedras. Apenas o café da manhã era rasoável, bolo duro, pão mais ou menos. O que não gostei foi o check in 15h e check out 11h, a diária não dá nem 24h. O restante muito bom. De olho na Tb que não pega quase nenhum canal. Bom custo benefício

-The hotel is very nice, close to some beaches in búzios. -The room was clean, but saw some bugs, not sure it’s their fault though, as the place is surrounded with trees and grasses. -The pool wasn’t clean though, wasn’t appealing for me to swim in it. -Breakfast has a lot of varieties, and very well displayed and covered (again because of the insects). I like that it stays open until 7:00pm -On the check-out, they only asked me about what I had from the fridge, they didn’t check if what I said was true, which I found very trustworthy in term of hospitality. -It’s bad that the receptionist only speaks Portuguese, but it’s like this everywhere in Brasil, so it’s hard a bit for foreigners to communicate with them.

La estadía estuvo muy buena, el lugar es muy bonito y limpio, la atención es súper buena, toda la gente es súper amable y atenta. Lo único “malo” es que no hay lugar para secar la ropa, este lugar no cuenta con un espacio para tender, así que eso es un poco complejo dentro de la habitación, pero todo lo demás excelente.

Lo que voy a destacar y que es realmente lo más importante en este caso es el valor de las personas que colaboran. Destacó especialmente la atención de Joelson de recepción hace muy grata la estadía, es muy simpático y realmente se valora su servicio

Todo excelente, bien ubicado, cerca del centro y de un par de playas. La habitación amplia, buen desayuno, un parque precioso con pileta. Excelente la atención de todo el personal. Tienen un servicio de combis que van y vienen a una playa diferente cada día, todo un 10! Zona super segura para volver caminando a la noche, no se puede pedir más, super recomendable!

A estadia em si foi boa os funcionários são ótimos e as indicações de lugares fornecido por eles foram boas. Só não gostamos do café da manhã pois haviam produtos passados alguns queimados. Fora isso não tenho que reclamar. O quarto está limpo.

O hotel é muito agradável com ambiente super acolhedor. Fomos bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, principalmente pelo atendente Diogo. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade. Em relação ao quarto, tem um bom tamanho. Só o banheiro precisa fazer uma reforma de rotina, nada que o deixe com aspecto ruim. A limpeza também é um fator positivo.

Excelente atención muy amigable y entendible la recepción del hotel y el servicio de desayuno....el parque del hotel paradisíaco con palmeras verde por todos lados ...los apartamentos muy amplios y con las condiciones de 3 estrellas súper confortables. Cerca de la plata Do Forte, ,Do Foca y Brava y cerca del centro más o menos entre 7 y 10 cuadras todo

Muy lindo hotel muy limpio muy bien desayuno el señor Diego amable atento,el hotel tiene una linda ubicación la piscina impecable,la habitación muy amplia,el personal siempre respondiendo dudas ,fui en junio de 2024 la atención fue excelente el hotel tiene una van q te lleva todos los días a una playa diferente
