Immediate eviction and a $500 Fine if you violate this policy QUIET HOURS No noises/activity from 10PM - 9AM that would disturb my neighborhood. Please be respectful of my neighbors as they have been told to contact me directly if any issues arise. SAFETY AND SECURITY Outdoor surveillance camera monitor the front door and back door. PETS ALLOWED (Only Dogs) We welcome well-behaved dogs at our rental! Guests must inform us at time of booking if they plan to bring a dog. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per booking.
