My daughter was most satisfied with this hotel compared to the one we stayed at the night before and the one from two nights ago.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, seems like there is folks living there term term at this location, there was not hot water in the hotel on Saturday morning 18th until 3pm in the afternoon, the whole system had failed, no showers that morning, I left the hotel one day early and Ms Tiffany the manager would not credit me for one day exit, l liked the location but unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere the next time, I wouldn’t be looking for credit but I had meetings on Saturday morning and had to attend without showering, customer service was not helpful because they kept saying I used a third party to book the hotel,

Pros: New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers. Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore. When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel. This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends) The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too. Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn. The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.

Very spacious suite (switched from queen bed to king), FREE parking (rare in Boston and near suburbs), quite ample breakfast, direct 10 minutes to Harvard Square, terrific value for money..

房間很大，套間！我們一家住的很舒服！空調聲音有點大！其它都好！美式早餐很豐富！還有廚房，冰箱！、電灶、洗碗機、微波爐！真心不錯？ 離哈佛、麻省理工、機場都10公里以內！

希爾頓旗下公寓式酒店，面積大設定全，非常舒適，早餐也非常棒，咖啡免費，下次來波士頓還會盯這家，按金退款也非常快！

房間很大，有大冰箱，大微波爐，各種廚房用具，地下車庫停車免費，門口有公交車站，走路去紅線15分鐘，門口有CVS超市可以買吃的和水，美式早餐也非常好，還有墨西哥餅，非常好。

酒店是套間，外間電視沙發冰箱，裡間兩張大床，房間夠大，衞生間也夠大，熱水夠沖。停車方便，電梯直達地庫。唯一不足是那個暖風機太吵了，睡在它旁邊它啟動時覺得像在飛機場。

房間很大，有單獨的客廳，環境乾淨，有冰箱，洗碗機，電磁爐，微波爐，可以製作簡餐，目測做個西紅柿炒雞蛋還是可以的。酒店對面有一個小超市。

酒店在阿靈頓地區，離波士頓市區30分鐘車程！酒店總體滿意，就是熱空調的機器噪音較響，晚上需要關機才能入睡！

優點：免費早餐質量尚可，可免費停車，對面就有CVS和一家不錯的飯店。 缺點： 1）酒店付費洗衣房一直鎖着門説設施壞了，入住一週也沒修好，積攢了一堆待洗的衣服。 2）給我們房間在一樓，一週白天晚上都衹能拉着窗簾，因為窗外經常有路人。3）入住後立即發現淋浴花灑水壓很小，前台説要第二天才能派人來維修，還説一樓經常有水壓小的問題，要求換房，被告知房間都訂出去了無房可換。4）第三晚發現沐浴露用完，前台説要等第二天上班後派人來加，結果等了一天也沒人來處理。再後一天我直接叫來樓面的客房清潔員工來加沐浴露，她不會英語又不會換沐浴露，等到很晚才過來換好。 總之，酒店前台態度還算可以，就是基本不幫客人解決任何問題。以後不會再入住這家酒店，國內五星的收費、三星的設施、一星的服務。

地理位置優越，與哈佛大學開車衹有15分鐘的距離，門口就有77路和350路公交車可與地鐵連接，可到波士頓的任何地方。房間很乾凈，早餐也很豐富。

套房，帶廚房，比較方便，但是不是每天都給收拾衞生。
