Simply excellent family run independent hotel. Rooms fantastic, and lovely pool area. Food excellent. The key advantage here is the owner who is always available, and prides himself in the standards achieved, and well deserved. All the staff are excellent and like one extended family. The cleanliness of the whole establishment is exceptional. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

A lovely stay, staff everywhere so friendly and welcoming. Hotel pool area great, plenty of sunbeds and room very clean and comfortable. Would bring your own shower gel as you only get one small bottle but apart from that perfect. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Just back from a 10 night stay second visit excellent hotel staff brilliant nothing to much trouble so peaceful rooms lovely and every where was spotless breakfast really good choice we will definitely return again only 15 minutes walk in to centre where there was plenty of excellent restaurants

The Park Hotel and Spa is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a comfortable and cool lounge as you walk in with a variety of sofas and chairs. The dining room is spacious, clean and well laid out. We went bed and breakfast and found the food to be plentiful and of good quality. Cereals, bread, cake, jams, yoghurts, dried fruit, honey, cheeses, cold meats etc and hot food, bacon, small sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes etc and Mariola was there daily making fresh omelette. Waiters Dimitris and Alex were also very helpful and friendly. We booked a superior twin room and this was spacious with a wardrobe and tv. It would have been useful to have a chest of drawers in there as there were only 2 small drawers in the wardrobe. Complimentary robes and slippers are provided. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided (2 coffee sachets and 2 green tea bags a day and 2 uht milks), there is also a small fridge which is useful. There is a booklet in the room outlining times for breakfast etc, it woul have been very useful if it also contained a snackbar menu and prices and a drinks/cocktail menu. The bathroom was large and had a good shower. Be sure to bring shower gel with you as there isn't a dispenser for this just one complimentary small bottle which isn't replaced. We were there at the start of the season and sunbeds around the pool area were plentiful and well spaced. There is a snack bar where you can buy a meal or a drink and a nice bar with comfy seating area on a veranda overlooking the pool. The hotel is well located in a quiet area at the top of the strip with only a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again when I return to Zante.

Stayed here 8 May - 3 days after the hotel had opened for the season. When we arrived we were taken to our room which was lovely but contained 2 single beds and overlooked the side of the hotel and a view of an overgrown field. When we asked for a different room we had to wait a while a alternative room was found. If we wanted to have a pool view room we were told it would be an extra 10 euros a day to change. We found this quite surprising as the hotel had only about 20 guests staying at that time. We were moved then to a room with a double room with the same field view. The pool and garden area was very nice with comfortable sunbeds The food was OK but not 4 stars. It had been adapted for English guests and l was disappointed about this as l like Greek food. At breakfast for the first few days the fruit that was on offer was out of a tin - disappointing again. Desserts were the same every day. The best meal we had was on the last night when we ate out.The waiters were a tad overzealous and at times tried to clear the table when we hadn't finished eating, There was no entertainment on the week we stayed despite it being advertised for Sunday evening. Overall the hotel building was worthy of 4 stars but not our overall experience, due to the disappointing quality of the food and the non relaxing atmosphere in the dining room. Location was quiet and peaceful and about a ten minute walk into the town. This was a big plus point for us.

We stayed here in June as we got married at cameo island. The hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s very clean, staff are so polite and friendly and will help as much as they can with any requests. The owner of the hotel was amazing too, he will make sure you’re looked after should you need anything. We stayed for 10 nights and had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was spot on every morning and for 10 days I was more than happy eating that each morning. They serve food at lunch times too and it’s very reasonably priced. Good portion sizes and is good food. The rooms are really clean, beds are comfy and if you can I definitely recommend upgrading to a poolside view if possible. The pools are nice, clean and not too deep. Poolside, no need to save beds as there are more then plenty to go around, some days we went out for walk in morning and didn’t get back to hotel until after 11am and could still get beds next to the pool. You can get towels from hotel with a €10 euro deposit and you get that back once you return towels. There is even a bodyweight gym should you wish to do a bit of exercise. Then location of the hotel is perfect, literally 5mins walking from the town where all the restaurants and bars are. I cannot fault the hotel, staff or location at all. Literally it was perfect. We will definitely be returning next year.
