This a Beach Front spectacular villa with amazing huge overflow pool, facing a tranquil coast of Polis and offering panoramic views of the whole area. The impressive villa guarantees ultimate relaxation in luxurious comfort and absolute privacy.
The modern, Architect designed, villa has direct access to the Sandy Beach in only 30m away. It is built in a large plot of land and it is only in a short drive to all amenities
Ideal for Weddings (for up to 20 persons together another one Sea Front 4 bedroom villa in 50 meters away).

For Larger Groups there is another one 4 bedroom villa next door (50 meters)
All the rooms and common areas of the villa boasts exceptional views of Med sea and Chrisochous coast line beyond.
From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line.
The contemporary villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and offers all the necessary facilities for enjoyable and relaxing holiday, including 42" flat screen TV, DVD and Cd player, wifi, games room equipped with billiard, table football and gym equipment. Air conditioning in all areas of the villa (charge extra)
Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) all en-suite, plus Sofa for 2 in the ground floor level with full shower-room facilities.
