Divina Suites Hotel Boutique Adults Only

Our stay was brilliant. The hotel is relaxing, in a great location and the service and kindness exceptional. The suites are very spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the location of the hotel is central but quiet. Breakfast in a basket was a first and very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you want to stay in a place where the people running it care as much about your stay as you do, this is the place for you. We experienced superb communication before, during and after our stay. We tried several of their restaurant recommendations, all excellent. Lots of recommendations of places to visit etc. The suite was beautifully appointed, large, well equipped, meticulously clean and very well maintained. Lovely comfortable bed and bedding. Divina suites position (smack bang in the middle of the old town) is fabulous, just a stone’s throw from the cathedral, port, restaurants and attractions of the old town. Lovely breakfast provided every day. We received complementary vouchers for 4 local places of interest for booking direct. We had been to Ciutadella before, but hadn’t visited these places. I’m grateful to Divina suites for introducing us to these attractions! I can recommend Divina suites without any reservation whatsoever.

It is rare that I struggle to find the words but this review is one of those times. It is impossible to do justice to our experience at Divina Suites. Everything that I read in other reviews was absolutely true. The communication from Laura was outstanding from the moment I made an enquiry and this level of care continued throughout our stay. Upon booking Laura sent info on activities and restaurants and was happy to answer questions. She booked our jeep safari for us before we arrived. Laura and Lina were constantly available for any help needed and nothing was too much trouble. Always with a smile. When we checked in we received vouchers for free entrance to several local attractions which we enjoyed. Our room was beautiful. Huge comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Fabulous shower and toiletries. Great kitchenette area with good quality teas and coffee that were restocked every day. Fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. The only slight niggle was that I found the room to be a little warm at night - but that's not unusual for me. I sleep with windows open in winter back in UK. The whole place is calm and stylish ... and smells fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. The pleasure we got from finding our basket of goodies every morning was beyond words. Fresh breads, pastries, cheese, meats, eggs, fruit and oranges to juice. Just wonderful. Laura and Lina should both be extremely proud of Divina Suites and their exceptional customer care. I have rarely experienced somewhere so special. Thank you both for a fabulous stay.

I want to thank you for the excellent service, and accommodations, during our recent stay.  I requested the ground floor and we could not have been more pleased with our suite. The suite was very roomy and well appointed.  Breakfast each day at our door was outstanding.  Being able to have our day begin in the room, with fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, breads, cured meats and cheeses was a start to a perfect day. The room and the grounds were always clean and fresh.  The staff always ready to help and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a best value, most comfortable and quietest room we have ever had the pleasure.

This is our second visit of (I hope) many more. We chose the Angel Suite IV again because we just love the little balcony overlooking the bustling street - perfect for morning coffee and late night drinks. The breakfast bag concept is excellent! I like the surprise element - sometimes there are eggs, sometimes croissant or maybe pain au chocolate - but every day there are oranges for making fresh juice with the juicing machine, yoghurts, bread, cheese and meat enough to last the whole day. Lina & Laura and great - so helpful for taxi, restaurant and bus advice. The rooms are spotlessly clean with great quality toiletries and amenities. I don’t have one issue with this wonderful little place and I can’t wait to go again next year

Beautiful place, Lena & Laura are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are lovely and well thought out, also very clean. No lift so if not great on stairs, stay on a lower floor. Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from the centre and yet so quiet once there - peaceful and a good night's sleep. Breakfast is delivered in a little basket to your door each morning and if you want to change anything then the girls are eager to help. Loved the fresh oranges and the juicer! Everything about Divina Suites is perfect - we loved it!
