Pierre & Vacances Menorca Cala Blanes

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de Ciutadella, de una calita tranquila, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. La limpieza del complejo bien, pero la de la habitación bastante mal porque me alojé 5 días y no me cambiaron sábanas/toallas ningún día ni tampoco limpiaron la habitación. El personal bien, pero los servicios dejan mucho que desear, tuve un problema con la llave del hotel y en ninguno de los números de teléfono que habían me pudieron ayudar, tuve que buscarme alojamiento y la recepción está inoperativa desde las 00 hasta las 08:00, lo cual me parece inapropiado e ilógico porque frente a inconvenientes o imprevistos te sientes impotente e ignorado. Creo que hay muchos aspectos que deberían tenerae en cuenta, cambiarlos y mejorarlos.

Our apartment was immaculately clean and had a nice pool view on the ground floor. We were a party of 3 adults but only had bedding and towels for 2 adults. This was not a problem, however, as fresh towels were brought the next day and we didn't really need extra sheets due to the warm nights! Unfortunately, the mini-market was not open as it closes in September for the winter season. There was also no eating or drinking facilities open. Although the apartments were very quiet - about 25% occupancy the whole ten days we were there, late check out was not even considered. The nearest toilet available, I was told, was "on the beach!". I'm glad I didn't have little ones with me or we were poorly! We spent every evening in Los Delfines which is a 20 minute walk away. There you can find a number of restaurants, though choose wisely as a lot had issues with flies. We walked into Ciutadella one day which took 40/45 minutes, be mindful if you go there as most shops and restaurants close for siesta, opening again at 5pm. There are a couple of supermarkets about a ten minute walk away. If you are a smoker, be aware that there is nowhere to buy cigarettes/tobacco from except a vending machine in one of the bars in Los Delfines. So make sure you stock up or take a trip to a Tabac in Ciutadella. There are a couple of supermarkets about ten minutes walk away (but they don't sell them). These apartments were perfect for a very quiet break, just reading by the pool and meandering to a an eatery at the end of the day.

Nous y avons séjournés en famille. Nous avions un appartement avec une chambre. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le lit est confortable. Nous avions loué un kit bébé qui était aussi de qualité. Le seul bémol est le fait que nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et chez les voisins, en septembre ça n'a pas été si dérangeant que ça mais en pleine saison j'imagine que ça peut être gênant. Le Petit parc pour les enfants est top aussi et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu. Le personnel est aussi très aimable, je recommande vraiment.
