Guests are made to feel an inconvenience, or it could just be British guests. We booked 3 rooms. On arrival a young child was asleep in 1 room. This took a long time to resolve and reception were not very helpful and make our family feel like it was our fault. We’re still at the hotel, and 3 times I have complained the toilet will not flush toilet paper. I have to use another room our family has booked. Reception informed me, the maintenance manager would come to the room. I had to chase reception after he didn’t arrive. He was clearly extremely annoyed on arrival, I attempted to show him, on google translate, in French the problem, he shouted at me, “ Francais!” I don’t speak French. He was very angry closed a door in front of me when attempted to speak to him, nearly hitting me. I have never been treated like this ever and do not expect it on my holiday. Other issues, not enough cups, knifes or forks at breakfast, lukewarm warm food that often runs out. Swimming pool is freezing. Not all staff are like this, children’s club are great.
