We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Excellent service, clean rooms, swimming pools, food and drinks and exceptionally beautiful views of the forest and lakes and the Nech Sar National Park. A forest canopy walks, zip lining, cable cars, guided bicycling and hiking activities could provide additional experiences if developed.

The best experience that had with my family. Thanks for all employees of Halile Resort at Arbaminch. All of them have a great smile and experience in serving and welcoming their guest. Room was great the view is beautiful. The staff been amazing specially the restaurant I traveled with my 1 year old they were all making sure my kids was fed and satisfied. Bezawit, Eden and the lady who makes the egg thank you all so much for making us feel home hope to see you all soon!

Its my second time in arbamich and I really enjoy it this time in haile resort, It’s best service that I get from whole Ethiopia!!! Ethiopians are proud of haile g/gebrasilase as well haile resorts Especially haile resort Arba Minch! Beautiful place and best service

The best service thank you so much. Everything was perfect. Eden was extremely friendly and helpful on our stay. Will definitely go back to visit again! The room was clean and the food is delicious as well. Front desk employees are helpful as well.

We didn’t have any expectations going to Hailey resort. Once we arrived at the resort everything changed the staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean the food is delicious. At the restaurant Eden was very friendly and Professional they smile every time they greet us! We will definitely recommend this place

It was the best experience we've ever had in a Hotel. The quiet surroundings and nature, beautiful view, very clean and comfy beds. Great Food and Drinks, the sweetest Staff and Service ever! We had a hard time leaving this wonderful place...

very professional and amazing customer service, food 100% bed room cleaning 100% We stayed for 4 days and had 2 types of rooms. The morning and night views on both sides are refreshing. Especially the breakfast buffet in the morning. It was different for my beautiful wife and me.

We went to celebrate our daughter's birthday and had a nice stay at Haile resort Arba minch. They provide us with shuttle service back and forth between the airport and the resort and let us check-in earlier. The room and the premises were super clean but most of all the staff were so nice and amazing. Greatly recommended 👌

We never wrote on such platforms. But Haile Resort Arba Minch has been an exceptional stay for us. The warmest staff you could find with widest smiles , top notch service and the view we will surely miss. I encourage all to visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

The atmosphere of the city together with the hospitality of the hotel was an amazing time with family.The hosts service was amazing starting from the beginning of the day till our last day we have stayed at Haile Resort for 4 days and we would like to come again.We specially thanks host Eden for the service during the duration.
