Central location and accomdation at reasonable price to stay. Most convenient location for local sight seeing in araku. Ac rooms are good. Nice ambience. Food not tasted. So can not be commented. Staff are good and response is quite gentle. Recommended for stay to middle and upper middle class families. Enough space for parking. Nearby (within 100mtrs)tea, coffee, and tiffens are available.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the hospitality is even good. I will definitely visit this location and will book the stay at the same location and i will surely refer this to my friends and close acquaintance.

Hotel has poorly maintained ambience inside the room and restaurant food was bad. Out side ambience was good maintained.

The hotel is a decent one. The food is also good. Best part is the garden with children's area. One can take the room in the 1st floor and enjoy the view of garden and children area. ambiance is good .Colorful resort in Araku. Located at very beautiful place. Early morning view is quite good. Food is also very good. Staff is very friendly. very clean and good rooms. No doubt definitely one of the best accommodation to stay in araku.

That was an unpleasant experience we had during this stay, they didn't even provide us the drinking water.

No ac remote working, no toiletries provided. Not really good service. We had to call again and again for help, service is not fast.

He charged us 2800 but there are no facilities provided like ac, tv, proper beds and he have facilitated normal room which is not meeting the acceptance criteria and not at all satisfied with the facilities provided expecting to please maintain more hygienic room and much facilities which will be worth-able for the money spended.
