Porto Das Dunas Boutique Praia Hotel

This is a charming property, staffed by a wonderful collection of people who seem genuinely interested in ensuring that your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From check-in to check-out, all of the staff around the whole hotel smiled and provided an exemplary level of service at all times. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The size of the gym and the pool reflect the size of the property - both of these were more than adequate for us during our stay. We used the hotel as a base to have various days out, including to Beach Park and Aguas Belas. We did not have a car but found getting around by Uber to be very straight-forward (and cheap) and there is also a supermarket and pharmacy within easy walking distance. The food was very good quality and was well-prepared; the staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive and we were always made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was a decent buffet selection but it was possible to order various types of eggs, omelettes, grilled cheese, etc. (all of which were complimentary). There was plenty of variety and choice for different diets on the lunch / dinner menu. Again, the quality of ingredients was very good, the cooking to a high standard and we were left very satisfied on each occasion. We would happily return to this hotel in the future: the level of service we experienced can be hard to find (especially at larger hotels) and it is obviously something that the staff take a lot of pride in. Their high rating (in terms of reviews) is well-deserved and we wish them continued success. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Excelente estadia neste hotel. A começar pelo atendimento na recepção sob a gerência do Charles que me concedeu um check-in com 3 horas de antecipação, passando pelas instalações, com roupas de cama de alta qualidade e finalizando com um restaurante maravilhoso e honesto. Gostamos muito

O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar em comparação a outros hotéis, tem pouca variedade, sem opções integrais, opções repetitivas e não saborosas. O atendimento no café da manhã é muito demorado, pois o hotel estava lotado e havia apenas 2 garçons atendendo. Esperei 50 min por um omelete, os hóspedes pegavam xícaras, talheres e guardanapos, nas outras mesas pq os garçons demoravam de trazer. A limpeza deixa a desejar, inclusive teve um dia que ficamos sem papel higiênico porque a camareira esqueceu de repor, em outro dia ficamos sem toalha de rosto porque ela esqueceu. Minha filha estaca brincando na piscina com amigos que fez no hotel até cerca de 21:30. De madrugada a amiguinha dela passou mal e quando o pai estava saindo para levá-la no hospital e, na hora que ele estava com a filga doente saindo, o recepcionista o interpelou para reclamar das crianças brincando maia cedo. A estrutura é boa, o quarto é bom e os recepcionistas do dia bem atenciosos.

Um hotel aconchegante! Funcionários muito educados e solicitos! As crianças amaram a piscina nos intervalos entre os passeios. Café da manhã delicioso! A recepção sempre com boas recomendações! Voltaremos com certeza! Adoramos muito!

Melhor experiência que tive em Aquiraz , hotel maravilhoso, café da manhã e jantar top com música ao vivo, os funcionários são muito educados e cordiais . Os quartos são maravilhosos uma varanda grande com rede para descansar, tudo bem limpo , cama e travesseiros top de linha.

Muito organizado, as acomodações Sao tudo muito novo, funcionarios atenciosos, limpeza, higiene, alimentação otima, e o mais importante, a recepção dos funcionarios, te deixa sentindo em casa. Ótima localização, para quem pretende ir ao beach park
